--- Inner Ring, Bevelona City

Frallia and Jay were currently in front of a high-rise building. It looked just like the ones back at Earth. There were women in golden armor circled around the building. As for the doorway that allowed access to the building, there were two large lions with golden fur guarding it.

"This area is off limits. Please back off." One of the women in golden armored shouted when they saw Frallia and Jay.

"Oops. I went down the wrong road." Frallia said softly and ran off, with Jay still being carried in her arms.

"Damn. What is this gluey stuff? I can't get off from her!" Jay thought to himself and his face reddened up every time they passed through people. It was just too embarrassing for him to be carried like this against his own will.

...

A few moments later, the two of them arrived at a pavilion. On the center of the pavilion was a gigantic book floating in the air.

People who approached the gigantic book just placed their hands over it and a small bluish portal appears. Whenever they placed their hands in the portal, they suddenly have a book on their hand when they take their hand out of the portal.

"Wait, this is the library? It looks so weird." Jay thought to himself as he saw the books being taken out by people through the small blue portal.

"Here you go princess. I need to meet a friend, so take your time." Frallia said as she gently placed Jay on the ground and winked at him.

"Wait, she is expecting to return to the guild hall with me? No way!" Jay thought to himself since he had enough of the embarrassing feeling he felt when he got carried like a princess.

--- City Library

Jay did the same thing that the rest of the women around him did. He placed his hand above the gigantic floating book. When the small blue portal appeared, he placed his hand inside but was wondering why he wasn't able to grab anything.

"Wait, I think I need a specific thought in my mind that I want to clear up." Jay thought to himself and tried to think about the mist that appears around him when he increased his Spirit Power alignment. Then suddenly, he felt something appear on his hand that was inside the blue portal.

Jay quickly took his hand out and saw a book entitled as 'Worldly Laws.' After this, Jay looked for a random spot to sit and relax within the pavilion.

...

It took Jay a couple of hours before he finished reading the book. The reason behind this lengthy reading time was because he had to keep flipping page after page just to connect the incomprehensible stuff written on it into something more simpler. In the end, Jay and Hellson worked together to piece the information.

"Worldly Laws were basically everything that exists. May it be the elements, objects, and anything that comes to imagination. But even though it sounds simple enough, comprehending and understanding a certain Worldly Law is something else entirely. And being able to use its power as your own is again another thing entirely.

In order to apply the Worldly Laws into one's Spirit Power, the prerequisite for it is that one must be able to release a faint image of their Spirit Power's form. If this condition is fulfilled, one must find a connection to a certain Worldly Law that comes to mind. While using your Spirit Power, you must start comprehending the selected Worldly Law until your Spirit Power form's illusory image becomes clearer.

The only two possible outcomes if this is done is success or failure. When successful, the smoke from your Spirit Power can be materialized depending on the Worldly Law you chose. The distinct and clear illusory image of your Spirit Power form will start to release an aura that fits your personality, mood, and Worldly Law chosen.

If you fail to do so, which only happens under rare conditions, your Spirit Power will completely diminish and get absorbed back into the world. As for the worst case possible, your lifespan will be cut short or you may inevitably die."

When Hellson and Jay finished summarizing the stuff from the book, they were both surprised by it.

"Woah. It's not really that confusing, but won't there be a huge leap in someone's prowess if they comprehended a Worldly Law? But just from reading this, I think that comprehending a Worldly Law is quite hard." Hellson thought to himself.

"That easy? So let's say I pick a Worldly Law, maybe the 'Law of Wind.' If I comprehend the properties and imagine things that the wind can do while using my Spirit Power, then that's that? Is there even going to be an increase in my power?" Jay thought to himself, not knowing that Hellson thought of the complete opposite of what he was thinking.

But for the meantime, Jay set this thought aside since he was more curious about the mist that appears around him. So he combed through the entire book again and after a few minutes, he learned that the mist was an indicator that one must comprehend a Worldly Law in order to continue improving their Spirit Power.

"Damn. When I learned and practiced Blood Magic, I had to go through a shitload of pain. But when it comes to Spirit Power, it's like eating and drinking."

If the women in Ashnakara knew what Jay was thinking of at this moment, they might have pummeled him to death already. Jay did not know that what he thought of was like 'eating and drinking' was actually a very arduous task for the women in Ashnakara.

"I wonder what was that high rise building Frallia and I bumped into a while back?" Jay thought to himself and decided to grab another book.

He then got a book from the small bluish portal that was entitled as 'Golden Dragon Organization.'

"Wait... since I am here anyways, why don't I grab a few more books that can answer some of my questions in the future?" Jay thought to himself and decided to store the book he got in the Storage Orb. After doing so, he thought of things like divine chickens, four goddesses, powerful organizations to be wary of, powerhouses in Ashnakara, how a baby is produced in Ashnakara since they were all females, etc.

After collecting a hundred books or so, he suddenly remembered an important thing he somehow forgot all this time.

"Where can I find the Sacred Mountain?"

But the moment Jay tried to grab a book inside the blue portal, there was nothing to be grabbed.

"Let me try again. Where is the Sacred Mountain?"

Sadly though, the result was the same.

"Oh fuck it." Jay sighed and decided to try out one last thing before he left the library.

"I want to know everything there is to know about the Great Millennia. I want to know the current ranks of each plane within it. I want to know the different kinds of magic or fighting abilities of each plane."

Jay just did this out of curiosity since he wondered how much information he can wring out from the library. When Jay placed his hand over the gigantic book and the blue portal, for some reason, he managed to grab a book called 'Great Millennia: Our History So Far.'

"Wait... what the fuck? Then why isn't there any book about a Sacred Mountain?" Jay thought to himself and decided to read the book about the Great Millennia.

When he saw the contents, he was shocked. Even Hellson stopped thinking about the Worldly Laws and was stupefied when he saw the contents.

"HOLY SHIT! Hellson! We just hit the jackpot!" Jay said to Hellson excitedly.

"Don't get your hopes up Jay. It could be fake." Hellson said while trying to contain his excitement. As the Fatelord of Knowledge, he was trying his best not to release his childish behavior when it comes to things like this. If he acted as such, who knows how stupid he will look like from all the excitement?

"How could it be fake? Wait, why don't I ask that little girl at the Storage Orb? She seems to know a lot of things." Jay thought to himself as he stored the 'godly book of information' at the Storage Orb and left the library.

Just a few moments after Jay left, the gigantic floating book suddenly glowed in a rainbow color for a split second before returning back to normal. But even though this was the case, no one present in the library noticed it.

...

--- Somewhere in Ashnakara

In an unknown place, in the deepest and secluded area of Ashnakara, a very skinny person was chained up on some mossy stone walls.

"Huh? I just felt a connection from the world. But this place sealed off..." The skinny person suddenly had an evil smile on her face when she thought of this and started to laugh crazily.

...

In the depths of an ocean somewhere in Ashnakara, a gigantic black dragon that had a snake-like body and ten horns on its head slithered around.

If observed closely, deep within its dark red eyes was a naked lady who was currently frozen within.

"Soooo cooooollllddd..." The frozen lady suddenly felt a slight jolt in her soul and felt as if a part of her became connected to the world again.

"Huhhhhh... freeedoooommmm..."

...

Inside a gigantic volcano, at its very core, a naked lady was floating around the lava. Her body kept on getting burnt to ashes but she immediately revives after a few seconds.

"Damn you all!!!" She gritted her teeth as she went through the torturous experience over and over again. Then suddenly, she felt something faint. A faint but terrifying power.

"Hahaha!!! Looks like our savior is coming! HAHAHA!!!"

...

At the skies, on a certain cloud island, a gigantic tree stood tall. Each and every few seconds, lightning or blades of wind struck the tree. The tree isn't really affected by this, but a lady who is tied upside down on the tree was suffering because of this.

Whenever she tried to breath, the wind blades come. Whenever she tried to blink, the lightning comes. It was a living hell for her. Sadly though, she can never die due to a curse.

"I will kill every last one of you ungrateful bastards when I get off this fucking tree!" She screamed loudly which only caused thousands of wind blades to fly towards her.

After that happened, when her wounds recovered, she suddenly felt a very faint presence of a powerful being.

"Yes, finally! Someone's coming for us!"

Almost everyone in Ashnakara did not know the current state of these four women. None of them knew about this. Only a few knew of this since they were the ones who caused these four women to suffer and betray everyone else just to receive their power. These four were the Four Goddesses of Ashnakara.
