The United Intergalactic Alliance since its formation had sometimes deal with the Orvanians but rarely they meddle with each other business.

The United Intergalactic Alliance even try to limit the use of technology that could lead to the disruption of the Multiversal Barrier to minimize the contact with each other

Their relationship is vague and their encounter is minimal. Many people in the world don't even know that there is a race called the Orvanians living in the planet Orvan.

So, he wonders what kind of problems that the Orvanians is facing that they even have to join hands with the United Intergalactic Alliance
