Wargod told him that in some worlds, the rules and laws of that world is not complete.

From what Azief understand about what Wargod told him, is that if for some reason there is a lack of Law of Time in a certain world, whoever studied and majored in training and cultivating Time Laws would have to go to other worlds and other stars, to seek a complete Law and then cultivate that Law to perfection.

Some had to go to different dimension and even different timeline just to complete their laws.

Path of cultivation is hard. It was never meant to be easy.

But on Earth, in just a decade everyone broke through to at least Energy Disperse Stage and there is hundreds of Disk Formation level on Earth.

Some are more public than the others while some are in seclusion.
