C8 Millionaire!

Han ran towards the biggest auction house in the city called 'Dimitri Auction House'. He chose this auction house for its neutrality, no matter how dirty or bad looking you are if you have something of value they would take care of you with respect.

He walks toward a lady where he took out a Black Crystal which is as big as his thumb. The lady gasp and grasp the gem, examined it. After a while she smiled, "I am sorry sir but this is fake.". Han was shocked! What fake?! Han was angry at the lady and snatched it back. He knew that it wasn't fake. But before he can put it back in his spatial ring an old man stopped him and asked, "What is wrong good sir?". Han replied," This lady told me that this Black Crystal is fake!". "Can I check?", the old man asked politely. "Sure no problem.", Han replied.

The old man looked at it for some time and looked angrily at the girl behind the counter and said, "Good sir, I am Dimitri the owner of this auction house and I guaranteed that this Black Crystal isn't fake. Would you like to auction it?". Han was shocked, he never knew that this old man was the owner of this auction house and replied, "Yes please and I would like to auction it now because I really need the money as fast as possible.". The owner nodded and said, "Of course sir. But we would have 10% commission on the final auction amount, is that okay with you?". Han replied, "Yes.". "Forgive my employee for she is new in this business and would like to ask for the good sirs name?", Dimitri replied and asked. "I am Han. It is fine.", Han replied. "Do not offend this person and give him the best treatment as much as possible next time.", Dimitri told the girl who was shocked to the core.

After some hour the auction started and the first item was a dagger which was sold at 200 000 credit points, the next item was sold for 500 000 credit points. After a while the Gold Crystal was brought out and a lot of people notice it which attracted a lot of people especially the three people whose at the VIP section of the Auction House.

This black robed man has a deadly aura which frightened the surrounding people, the white robed man beside the VIP section smiled and the side section of the white robed man was a lady which has 10 servants all around her.

"How lucky and at the same time unlucky seeing a Black Crystal here. Even though we have enough credit points to get that crystal but I am afraid that I would offend Rinan. Tsk. Do not bid at this crystal let Rinan have it." the Lady said with regret.

At the side of the Lady's room.

"Make sure to get that crystal! I am almost at the middle stage of Saint Stage, once my Gold Crystal is full I can directly cultivate the energy of that crystal to be a Divine Human and will have a chance to challenge those overseer of the 8 continents! And make sure to know who owns that crystal for he is a fool auctioning a Black crystal that is rare." said the black robed man named Tram.

"Yes sire! But we need to be careful for there are two people we cannot go against right now and they are beside our section. They are already at middle stage of Saint Stage even though they are still at the midle stage we cannot possibly offend them." answered his servant.

"F*ck! Let someone we do not know bid so that we can still get that crystal!" Tram replied.

"Yes sire!" the servant nodded.

At the room beside Tram.

The white robed man named Rinan did not make a single move but was assured for he knew he was stronger than Tram and the Lady who is entering the auction to get that Gold Crystal.

Even though the Black crystal was valued at 10 million credit points, at an auction house it would surpass its value by folds. And even though its value was estimated at 10 million credit points in truth it surpasses that amount because of its rareness. It is not because there are less Black tier dimension but the beast are difficult to deal with. Even the overseer of the 8 continents have to be in a life and death situation every time they would face a monster in a Gold Tier Dimension how much more Black Tier Dimension. This is also the reason why this overseers are only at the middle stage of being a Saint Human.

The auction started.

"I bid 8 million for this crystal!", said the man who was bribed to get the crystal for Tram.

"10 million!", said Rinan who did not care about the money at all. For him this amount does not even amount to a spare change.

"11 million!"

"12 million!"

"14 million!"

"20 million!" , Ronan said with authority.

"20 million once! 20 million Twice! Sold at Mr. Ronan!

All the people in the auction was shocked. The value for Black Crystal was only at 10 million but was sold at 20 million! It was also done in an instant because only those at the pinnacle of Saint Stage can use the Black Crystal to be a Divine Human and be the strongest of all the overseer on earth.

Dimitri hurried to Han's side and gave him the 18 million credit points and said, "Hope you are satisfied with our work Mr. Han. I hope the next time you found a crystal you would give us a notice in advance so that we can invite more people so that the amount would grow in folds and we could both have a win-win situation.". Han nodded and walked out of the auction house.

Han did not knew that because of him auctioning a black crystal the market and the people at the VIP Section was holding him in high regards for this is the first time a black crystal was being auctioned in the entire 8 continent. Han was in the 2nd continent. As they all know there are not any Divine humans yet, the overseers were mostly at middle stage of Saint Stage and the strongest of them all is almost at the peak stage of being a Saint. But too bad for those people they did not clearly see Han carefully for his face was like a homeless person who did not care at all what he look like.

The next step is to find a house where 8 people could live. Han always wants to buy a house that has a huge space so that it would not be to crowded and so he goes to a real estate agent and asked which house has a huge space outside but the agent ignored him for Han was in a worn out clothes and who look like a homeless person. Han was angry but not so angry for some people are always like that.

Han was approached by a girl and asked, "Good day sir. How may I help you?". "I would like to buy a house that has a huge space." Han replied.

"We have 4 houses which has a huge area. All house has a swimming pool but this house can only accommodate 5 people, cost is 8 million. The 3rd and 2nd house has a capacity of 7 people, cost is at 12 million. And the last area can accommodate 10 people and cost about 15 million. ", the girl said with an enthusiastic voice.

"I would like to buy that 15 million house, can we make the process a little faster? I really need the house now. Here is the 15 million and another 50 thousand for you.", Han said.

The girl was shocked! She only helped Han because she wanted to look good in front of her boss. She never would have guess that this homeless looking person can easily spend 15 million credit points and at the same time tip her 50 thousand! She was happy and directly processed the papers for the ownership. It took her only 2 hours, normally it would take 2 days at most.

Han was given a key and some papers that proves that he is the owner. Han was about to go back but remembered that there is no food in the new house and he was sure that his family are all hungry and so he got into a famous steak house where each steak cost 5 000 credit points. Han ordered 20 steak for takeout. Han waited for almost 20 minutes before his order arrived. The girl who served him was pleased for he received 10 000 credit points as a tip. Han directly put all he ordered into his spatial ring and ran towards where his family is.
