The Garden's Grave

Walking up to her was a middle-aged man who had gained a few more wrinkles since the last time she'd seen him.

His body was tanned and tempered from years in the forge, his head was without hair but he had quite a busy beard growing on his face. The clothes he wore were covered in soot and several tools hung from a belt around his waist. He also wore a heavy apron, thick enough to be mistaken for armor.

"My god, I haven't seen you in years!" he exclaimed.

There was a look of joy on his face as Li Gang quickly walked up to her, wiping his hands on his apron before going to shake her hand. She shook his hand firmly as he looked over to the guard.

"You may leave now but make sure to tell the others that she may come and go through the city as she pleases", he told them.

The guard bowed.

"Of course!"

They turned around and quickly walked away, leaving the two alone.

"So then, what brings you here, Fairy of the Moon?"
