Volya, Helena, and Romain look at each other after their breakfast. Volya could see the sorrow from both Helena's and Romain's faces. Helena then says,
"I can't believe it..."
"As if it's a dream," continues Romain.
"Yet, here we are... Gracia death on that night" continues Helena.
Both of them looks down, with Helena continues,
"Even though I know this is a risk as an adventurer, yet..."
"And I don't know how to tell this news to Lucia later on," said Romain
Helena and Romain look at each other and look at Volya. They could feel an uneasy feeling by looking at Volya. For someone who just lost someone important, he is too calm.
Helena then asks him,
"Volya, are you alright?"
"..."
"Volya?"
"Eh... Ah... Yes, I am. Just lost in my mind," replied Volya
Helena then looks at Romain again. All of them then continue to sit in silence. Suddenly, Volya stands up and says,
"Let's go now..."
"Eh? Where are you going?" asks Helena with a surprised face.
"To meet with Markos,"
"Markos? Didn't Sir Lawrence say that there is no work for us?" asked Romain.
"I think that it's better if we involved everyone in that mission," replied Volya
"That mission... Did you mean..."
"Yes, the one from Sir Gill and Sir Brigandy," replied Volya softly.
"..."
"If they know about the mission, we could prevent more death on our side,"
"You are right," replied Helena
"Where are we going to meet them?" asked Romain
"The Angel's Voice tavern," replied Volya.
The three of them nod at each other and start to leave their chairs. They start to walk to the tavern where Markos' team is waiting for them.
The moment they arrived there, Volya immediately noticed Markos' group. He walked towards them and could see two people run towards him. They are Frida and Anna.
Frida immediately hugs Volya and says,
"Sorry to hear that..."
"That's fine. I think Helena needs your support more than me," replied Volya
Frida and Anna look at Volya and then at Helena, walking slowly at them. They nod at Volya and immediately console Helena.
Meanwhile, Romain could see the frustration from Alfred's and Miklos' faces. He walked towards them and could hear their consolation and their frustration.
Markos notices that Volya walking a bit away from all of them, so he walks towards him and says,
"I'm really sorry to hear that..."
"Just like I said before, that's fine," replied Volya
"For someone that lost someone important to you, you are a bit calm..."
Volya looks at Markos, smiles at him, and says,
"I have lost several people in the past. If I choose to keep mourning for those who already passed away, I will not grow stronger,"
"Is that so..."
"I lost my sister, my father, and now my long lost friend twice..."
"..."
"If I let it hold me, how I could help all of you,"
"You are right..."
"For every start, there will be an end,"
"Huh?"
"And for every end, there will be a new start. Hopefully, her end will give us a new path for this mission,"
Markos gazes at Volya for a moment and starts to ponder for a bit. He continues to think until Volya says,
"I want to tell them about our mission with Sir Gill,"
"Huh? Are you sure about that?" asked Markos
"Yes. It's better to not let them stay in the dark,"
"You are right..."
"And we could make a plan for that mission,"
Markos looks at Volya once more, and now he feels an uneasy feeling about him. All of his words are a bit empty, and it's not like Volya at all. Before he could ask anything, Volya already says,
"It's better if we meet with Sir Gill now,"
"Huh? Are you sure about that? To bring them to him now?"
"Yes,"
"It's rude for..."
"I already informed him,"
"Huh? When did you inform him?"
"Yesterday,"
"..."
"What is it?"
"Yesterday... I remember that you just returned to your comrade's group... After you wandering around for the entire day with I believe Gracia's body,"
"What do you want to imply, Markos?"
"..."
"Just said it," replied Volya as he gazed at Markos.
Markos tried to grasp what happened with Volya from the small information that he got from Volya. But, he knows one thing from his conversation with Volya.
'They need to go to Thomas Gill's mansion to discuss further. If you want to know what happens, just go there with the rest of the team.'
Markos takes a deep breath and then calls the other members of his group, including Helena and Romain. He then informs them that they will visit Thomas Gill's mansion. Hearing that, Frida immediately says,
"Wait... Lord Gill?! Why should we go there?"
"If you want to know more, it's better we go there. And if possible, do it separately," replied Volya as he makes a sign to lower her voice
"Why don't you tell us here?" asked Valeria
"The wall haves eye and ear," replied Volya
Valeria was quite surprised and looked around her. She nods at him and then looks at Markos. Markos gives her a sign to do it now. Valeria immediately orders everyone to disperse.
As they leave the tavern one by one, the ones left are Markos, Romain, Helena, and Volya. Volya has a little chat with Helena and then leaves the tavern together.
Right before Romain starts to walk, Markos stops Romain and then asks him,
"Didn't you feel Volya's action a bit strange?"
"For acting like this? To be honest, yes..." replied Romain
"Maybe, it's his way to hide his sorrow,"
"Maybe..."
Silence fell between them until Markos says,
"I can't believe that Gracia dies..."
"So do I," replied Romain
"For someone so resilient when I fought her in the past, it's quite surprising,"
"I agree... We could know that this assassin or serial killer is quite powerful,"
"For someone could stab her and kill her... Eh..."
Romain notices that Markos suddenly ponders about something. Before Romain could ask him, suddenly Markos asks him,
"Have you fought Gracia in the past?"
"Eh?"
"Have you tried to stab her when you fought her?"
"Why did you ask that question?"
Markos looks at Romain once more, and this time Romain tries to remember something. An explanation that Volya gave to him after his fight against Gracia.
At that moment, he remembers one thing. He then looks at Markos and hears him says,
"Nothing could kill her, yet she died here. Suspicious,"
"Don't say..."
"And do you remember the night of her death?"
"What is it?"
"Gracia stops Volya, and it seems she told him something,"
Romain immediately remembers that and then looks at Markos. He then says,
"Don't say..."
"It seems there is a reason why he asked all of us to visit Sir Gill's Mansion now,"
"Hopefully, it's something positive,"
The groups already gather at Thomas Gill's mansion and have a bit of discussion there. When the sun starts to set, they start to leave the mansion. Some of them show a tense face, while the other surprised face.
Most of them start to talk with Helena after hearing her status now and they promise her to hide her identity. As Volya leaves the mansion, he looks at his hand and then at the mansion behind him. He then says,
"Hopefully, your plan works well..."
