First time

Arriving at their destination, in front of them was the most exquisite restaurant there is in the whole city. Most nobility dine here. "The Silver Petal". The sign board already looked expensive. It has real gold linings. Commoners wouldn't dream of coming here.

'Am I starting to act like how rich people act?' Denear wondered. He was starting to like classy places and things. Even shiny things. Denear shook his head on the inside. 'NO!, I need to remain the same. For her...' (His Big sister of course). He sighed. 'I miss her so much.....'

A cosplaying butler welcomed us to the restaurant, oops, he's not cosplaying. When we entered the restaurant, it was just magnificent. Worthy of being called a 5 star restaurant, in terms of my old world's rules of course. The front desk was made out of well-defined wood with more gold linings. It was dim lighted with some magic stones that light up. Magic stones were basically stones made from the magic molecules in the air which is compressed with hot fire. If you transfer magic power for a certain element, the magic stone will correspond by turning that energy into reality. e.g Light element= light, fire element=fire (Duh) It can also be used to store magic energy for later. The magic energy with be stored until it is broken.

Anyways, the restaurant on the inside was even more gorgeous. The round tables covered with a not-too dark and no-too-light crimson table cloth which matched the dim atmosphere. Denear took out his crest from his void ring. As the servants/restaurant staff looked at the crest, it seemed like their whole attitude changed, but not in a good way. The receptionist seemed to signal the other workers to do something or call from someone. Someone with a different outfit from the rest appeared a few minutes later. He seemed to be the boss.

"Good afternoon Young Master. My name is Arlon Ravilot." He bowed.

Denear nodded and asked. "What is going on here?"

"May I see that crest?" He held out his hand. He took a few seconds examining the crest before saying. "Where are you're escorts Young Master?" He said.

"Why are you asking?" Said Denear, getting impatient.

"It's just that a lot of people forge fake crests from important families." He paused. "This is the first time someone has forged the crest from the Cornelius family."

"What are you talking about?" Denear said in confusion. "That is real. What are you talking about a forged crest?"

"Sorry sir but we may have to apprehend you and your friends until we receive a confirmation that this is the real deal." Arlon said, waving his hand in the air. Guards appeared out of nowhere and grabbed Denear on each shoulder. Bailey unsheathed her sword. "Bailey! Don't resist." Bailey did as she was told and allowed the guards to seize her. Though she had a look. Chandler was panicking but he still allowed them to seize him. The purple haired girl was nowhere to be seen, she just disappeared? Denear stared at Arlon. "What proof do you have that it's fake?"

"I am a legal examiner for crests and for some reason, I can't examine this one." Arlon said, still trying hard to examine the crest.

"Well, do what you must." Denear said, giving himself up willingly. 'I just wanted to eat!!' He cried out inside. 'I should not resist or else I might get banned from this place.' Denear took a deep breath once more before getting taken to the "Jail" in this world. 'Ah...I can smell it from the kitchen.' Denear said, satisfied for now.

They were thrown into the cell at the public jail. For a noble to be placed in there is pretty embarrassing. No-one saw them enter the prison which is pretty lucky. "This is outrageous!" Denear sighed as they entered.

"Well, save it!" Said the guard. "It you really did forge that crest, then you will be lucky enough if you survive the Cornelius' family's wrath. Those filthy bastards get really mad when people use their name and crest." The guard gave a stern look at Denear. "I'd advise you to watch yourself if I were you." Denear met his eyes with a stern glare on his face as well. "I'd advise you to watch your tongue." Denear snapped. "I don't think the Cornelius family will like being called filthy bastards as well."

He sneered. The guard was frozen for a bit, before leaving with a worried look in his eyes. 'It's alright, right? Sir Arlon is legal crest examiner/crest appraiser, if he can't identify it, then who can?' He swallowed his saliva hard. 'If i'm wrong about this, and he really is, and I said that....I'm be gonna be in big shit..'

Denear back in the cell was pondering. 'This would be my first arrest huh? That time I stole from I shop, was I ever even found out? I don't think so? I don't mind this being my first arrest but I wish I actually did something wrong to be in here.'

Denear stared at Chandler and Bailey. They were calm leaning against the wall. "Aren't you two worried?"

"Not really." Both of them said in unison.

"This won't be my first arrest." Bailey said, as if a cell floor was already her second home.

"Mine either." Chandler composedly said, as he closed his eyes and smiled while humming a upbeat tune.

Denear was left speechless. 'What the hell type of people am I associated with?!'
