"You're here, your highness."
"And it seems that you have been waiting as well," Akihiro commented seeing how she had been sitting in a chair beside the window.
"So how may I help you?"
"I think you already know the reason why I am here," he replied as he sat down the bed.
"Would it be enough to tell you that she has no recollection of everything that happened while she was here?" Eureka asked facing Akihiro.
"She lost her memory?"
"Something like that. But do you know who she truly is, your highness?"
"She was a zero just like you," Akihiro answered baffled as to why does it seems like Eureka truly knows more about Haruka.
"You've been with her for so long, I guess she truly is good at hiding things."
"I don't get what you're saying. When I let her go the next news I've heard of her was she died. Then now you're telling me she's alive and that I didn't truly know her?"
"If you have the chance, you should go and visit the Archic Kingdom," Eureka said as she turned her attention outside.
"You're making me even more confused," Akihiro stood up and walked in front of her.
"*sighs* Can I ask you something you're highness?"
"What is it?"
"What was the silent rule between the four kingdoms?"
"Silent rule? There's no such-" he stopped midway realizing where their conversations are going.
"Are you saying that she's..."
"Yes your highness, she is indeed the princess of Archic Kingdom, she runaway from home, met someone who helped her hide her identity, became a citizen of this kingdom and became your queen."
Eureka shook her head as she recount, "She held the greatest evidence of how twisted that silent rule is and might just be waiting for a chance to reveal it. But your happiness was short lived, she had miscarriage and never got pregnant again."
Her aura turned sad as she continued, "Both of you were pressured and seeing how your people started losing patience with you she decided that it is time for her to go."
"Just... who are you?"
"Just someone, your highness," Eureka said as if it's nothing.
"But what you're saying is not true, royal blood from the four different kingdoms could never bore a child if we're to be together," Akihiro asked in more confusion.
"A lot of dark secrets linger behind the scenes your highness. Sometimes they support you to hide the fact that they are actually the ones brewing something behind you."
"Are you saying, that the silent rule is actually not true? But it had happened for so long already. A lot of royal bloods from two different kingdoms tried to be together but they never bore a child."
He kept saying in total disbelief, "This shows that we can't be together even if we want to, the royal blood should continue."
"That only shows how twisted the world had become. They planned together to overthrow each of their own kingdom."
"Then Haruka is actually alive, and that the silent rule was not true, someone just sabotaged each marriage and that it is not a small group at all?"
"Confusing? It might be but your highness, there's no complete peace in this world."
"Do you really have no memory of your past?"
"My memory of the past may not exist, your highness but that doesn't mean I don't know anything."
Akihiro stared at her before standing up to leave, "Stay here for another two weeks, then you're free. Your condition will be your decision if you're going to tell others. And I'm going to look at what you just told me."
Eureka didn't speak another word and just faced the window as if seeing everything from the outside.
'Who are you really? If you know this much, do you also know about the other matter?' Akihiro thought as he walked away from the tower.
"Dai, check everything regarding what happened 23 years ago, about Haruka's miscarriage and how connected the four kingdoms are," he then commanded to the shadow behind him.
"As you wish your highness."
He then walked away with a heavy feeling within his heart.
'Truly, this world is truly twisted. To carry so much but no one to carry it with you. Peace, will we ever reach it?' Eureka thought as she watch his retreating back using his aura.
Not long after another visitor arrived.
"What did you talk about with the king?"
"What's with the tone Kaoru?" Eureka replied, still sitting by the window.
"I'm serious right now. What did you talk with him?"
"You sound like someone who has no respect to the king."
"Just answer me!"
Eureka faced him. This tone, he never used it before. Even the emotion, it's something new.
"*sighs* We talked about how long will I be staying here, my innocence were proven so he had given me two more weeks of rest before returning to duty."
"That's all?"
"Seriously Kaoru, you're being over sensitive right now, your emotions are in haywire," Eureka said as her eyes rested on Kaoru's face.
"I'm not!! I'm just worried about you. The king could be unjust sometimes," Kaoru retorted.
"You need to rest. You're currently on edge," turning her attention back to the outside.
"I see, if that's what you want. I will take my leave right now. Sleep well."
Dejectedly Kaoru walked out and away from the tower.
Once again watching his leaving back with his aura, 'I may know a lot, but there's still more that I have no clue at all.'
Her head turned sharply towards the direction she had been facing at ever since the king visited her.
*****
A few more days later.
"Tell me, why are you really here?"
Crossing her arms in her chest, Eureka stood facing the other six sitting like at home in her cell.
"We have nowhere else to go so we decided to barge in here and have an afternoon tea," Karen replied as she pour a cup of tea for Eureka.
Eureka then faced Raven, she never expected that even he would be here. Raven, on the other hand, just shrugged.
Her head then turned to the sixth person.
"They pulled me here," Azusa sheepishly smiled at her.
She could only sigh and accept the tea Karen had been handing her. She sat on her bed as she face them listening to them chattering.
"What is it?" feeling how uneasy he had been, she ended up asking Raven of what he want.
"Nothing just wondering what you and my parents are hiding," he replied non chalantly causing everyone to look at them.
Eureka faced him raising an eyebrow.
"A secret makes a woman, woman***. I guess," she replied as she sip more tea.
"Woah, is that you Eureka? Did you just quote?" Hideyoshi teasingly asked.
Blushing slightly she looked away and continued drinking from her cup.
"Uhmm Eureka do you know that your cup is empty?" Feena couldn't help but say.
Blushing harder Eureka placed her cup down. The others couldn't help but stare at her. They never saw her this flustered nor blushing this much.
"This calls for a celebration," Karen clapped.
Hearing this Eureka returned to her emotionless look, "Stop making fun of me, if that's all you're going to do here. Go back and train."
The others continued making fun of her, which she decided not to react to. She just sat there listening to them from time to time facing outside the window at a certain direction.
"What's wrong?" Raven went beside her and asked.
"What do you mean?" she replied facing him.
"You've been constantly looking at that direction, is there something wrong in there?"
"Nothing," she replied.
Raven seeing how she didn't want to tell him decided to just try and feel the surrounding especially towards the direction she had been constantly looking at, but to no avail. There really is nothing in there.
'But why would her gaze be different whenever she looks at that direction?' Raven thought to himself.
"Hey Eureka, when will you be out?" Hideyoshi suddenly asked.
"Why are you asking?"
"Well it seems that your subbordinates are quite attached to you. They were asking us if we know when you will return," Hideyoshi replied as he munched another cookie.
"In three days, the king gave me three weeks of rest, before letting me return."
"Then we can finally have a girls day out, now that we are complete," Karen happily said upon hearing her reply.
"I can't, I still have something to do after I'm out," she replied as for the nth time she faced that same direction.
"You really do love rejecting me, don't you?" Karen pouted.
"Stop that, of course she would be busy. She stayed away from her duties for the past three weeks, obviously the work load would pile up," Feena intervened slapping Karens mouth.
"That hurts."
"Anyway, we should be going now. This time is for her to rest, we can't take up too much of it," Feena stood up fixing all their stuffs.
"You're right. Bye for now Eureka," Mamoru followed suit.
"See you."
"Bye bye Eureka."
Followed by Hideyoshi and Karen.
"Uhmm"
"Can we talk?" Just as Azusa was about to say her goodbye, Eureka asked.
The others looked at each other, before saying their goodbyes once again and finally left the tower.
"You haven't told them," Eureka went straight to the point.
"I..."
"It will not be truly fixed if you don't tell them everything."
"I know."
