Huo Yunting reached out with his hand, but instead of accepting the cup, he swiped it away.
Crash! The cup landed on the floor and broke into pieces.
Glass fragments and clear water spread beside Mo Shan's feet. She took a few steps back out of surprise.
"I said coffee."
Huo Yunting looked at Lu Zhaoyang flippantly, oblivious to the water marks on his suit pants.
Lu Zhaoyang looked at the broken cup on the floor, and then picked up the tissue box from his desk and circled around to him.
She did not immediately bend down to pick up the broken pieces, but instead turned her head to the side to look at Mo Shan. "I'm sorry to have frightened you, Ms Mo. Could you please step away so that you won't be injured?"
Mo Shan felt some fragments crunching underneath her soles, and quickly picked up her bag. The smile on her face looked forced.
