After having her meal and a chat with Shi Peng, Shi Qing was in a slightly better mood. It was summer and she had been through so much in the morning. Shi Qing felt tired to the bone.

She stayed by Qiao Nan's side and stared at her profile while she concentrated on her homework. Shi Qing realized that she had calmed down miraculously and was no longer as agitated as before.

Shi Qing only intended to take a short nap, but by the time she woke up, it was already four o'clock in the afternoon. "It's so late?"

"Yes, did you have a good sleep?" Qiao Nan had already completed most of her tasks for the day. She held a cup of warm tea and was admiring the scenery outside.

"Why didn't you wake me up?" She had never taken such a long nap before. She had thought that she only slept for half an hour.
