The Escape Plans

Jin looked at the dying boy in the eyes. As he said his name is Hanji. His eyes were gloomy. It was like they may close anytime for eternity. Still they shined as he looked at Jin. He really wishes to live on at least that's what his eyes were saying. Only his will and body just couldn't force it anymore or maybe not! He even smiled and mocked Jin's empathy.

As Jin looked closely the boy really had pretty golden hair. His hair was cut short, probably that's because of the purpose of his job, unlike Jin who has longer green hair. He was short and skinny. He also looked so frail and weak that he seemed to be more like a boy in his early teenage years, that is in other words in no way possible he looked like an 18 year old.

Jin looked at Hanji as he made the sarcastic comment. Both of them didn't care at the other's comments. "Listen I'm gonna take you out of here. Don't you dare give up right now!", Jin shouted looking at Hanji.

Hanji was really surprised. He smiled. "Stop it. You won't understand. Events like this are very natural for people like us. You won't be able to save me. My time is almost over I know it very well. Now if you try your best maybe you'll be able to save only your life, you seem to be in a much better shape than me at this moment, although I really doubt if that's gonna happen as you can see....", Hanji was stopped by Jin midway in his talk.

"Talking can come later as I said already! And don't you dare speak nonsense like that ever again! Both of us are gonna make it out of here alive!", Jin shouted as he got furious at Hanji for giving up like that. Hanji closed his eyes. Jin found it really pathetic although Hanji didn't seem to care.

"As you can see the escape routes are almost blocked by the fire. Also we can not escape by the water as all of the ships as I can see are already on terrifying fire", Hanji carried on his talk without caring about what Jin tried to say. "Also with these suffocating fumes and this terrible body shape I can really see no hope about getting out of here alive", this time he seemed to be sad. He opened his eyes. He looked really sad. Jin looked at his eyes with compassion. "At this point only a miracle can save my life. I won't say the same about you, you can still escape if you try your best", Hanji said.

"Well in that case I'll make a miracle happen right now!", Jin smiled and said confidently.

Hanji was surprised looking at Jin's confidence. "What did you say?", Hanji asked with disbelief.

"As I said I'll make a miracle happen right now", Jin said as he moved his belt professionally seeming like he was making preparations for his miracle.

"Have you lost your mind!?"

"Absolutely not! You just tell me which way is the exit and how far is it?", Jin asked Hanji.

Hanji felt surprised again with the sudden question. He pointed his finger at a building burning at a little distance. "It's on the other side of that building, I would say around 100 meters from here", he said. The building was bigger than any other building nearby. Probably that was the principal office building of the shipyard.

"Alright done. 100 meters is no problem I would say", Jin said smiling. Hanji was still shocked standing at a distance.

"Just what're you really planning to do?", Hanji asked.

"Both of us are gonna move outside this place in an instant!", Jin said.
