Chairman Gao arrived at the police station with his attorney. Where his lawyer made arrangement for Gao Jinlan and Chairman Gao to speak.
The officer opened the door where Gao Jinlan was, with her hands cuffed. Chairman Gao sat down in front of his wife.
"Hubby! You've came to save me! I'm innocent! I wanted to get back the company for you but Wang Yan tricked me!" Gao Jinlan held her hands out to hold Chairman Gao.
"See these yourself! What do you have to explain now?!"
Chairman Gao tossed the photos of Gao Jinlan and Yang De intimate photos. The color of her face started draining. She turned pale. Shocked.
"These are fakes! You should know i only love you!" Gao Jinlan pleaded her husband in despair.
Chairman Gao stood up from his seat.

He doesn't hesitate to throw a slap across his wife's face.
"Did you think i'm here to bail you out? Disgusting woman!" Chairman Gao asked.
"I gave you everything, money, reputation, luxury life and you made me a cuckold!? How dare you make me a fool for years!?!? YOU WRENCH!"
Gao Jinlan was at a complete lost. Dumbfounded at her husband's slap and words.
"Get ready to spend the rest of your life in prison!" Chairman Gao leaned forward and whispered and left the interrogation room.
"Hubby! Hubby come back!! HUBBY SAVE ME!!" Gao Jinlan screamed attempted to leave the room but was pinned down by 2 officers.
Chairman Gao heard her plead, he turned to his lawyer...
"I want to sue her for adultery on top of her charges. Make sure she stay behind the bars!" He ordered his attorney.
Gao Jinlan was frantically screaming like a mad woman. It was that moment she had mentally lost her mind.
She've lost her fame, her luxury life, husband, daughter.
She've lost everything.
Including herself.

9pm, Gao Family Residence
Chairman Gao arrived back at his empty home. He felt dejected, at his worst.
After focusing his career for years, he failed as a father to Meizhen and failed as a husband to Gao Jinlan.
Chairman Gao sank down on the sofa, grabbing their family portrait photo displayed on the table.
He sighed.
"What happened to my family..." He muttered to himself. His daughter, in prison. His wife betrayed him. All he could do was to blame himself.
After a few minutes of staring at the photo, he took out his phone and gave Fang Jie a call.
"Fang Jie, i would like to meet Wang Yan tomorrow. Could you help me?" his voice was sincere and Fang Jie agreed to arrange the meet up with Wang Yan.

The next morning
Fang Jie arranged Chairman Gao to meet Wang Yan at the hospital.
Chairman Gao stepped into the ward, he bowed his head to Wang Yan, who was shocked by his actions.

Wang Yan: Chairman Gao, what is it that you want to see me?
Chairman Gao: I'm here to discuss with you about Gao Holdings...I've decided to let you run the company..
Wang Yan: Are you sure about your decision?
Chairman Gao: Too many things happened..i'm getting old in my age..i have no successor in the company that i could trust them with my company...Except you..
Wang Yan: Chairman Gao...i hope to make it clear that i have no interest in leading your investment company. I only want things that i built myself, which is the Wang Group.
Chairman Gao: I've decided to retire and move out of Shanghai..When Meizhen is released from prison, i will have her come over with me. Rest assure she will not cause any trouble to you anymore.

Chairman Gao extended a handshake to both Wang Yan and Fang Jie. He've made up his mind to leave the industry and the country.
Ruo Qin knocked on the ward and exchanged eye contact with Chairman Gao.
"Miss Ruo Qin.." Chairman Gao lowered his head and knelt down towards her.
"I sincerely apologize for what my daughter have done to you. I know it's unforgivable..but i ought to apologize as her father, i failed to taught her well." Chairman Gao apologized.
"Mr..Mr Gao! ..please don't blame yourself. As long i have Wang Yan now, nothing else matters..." Ruo Qin helped him up as struggled to stand up. Fang Jie assisted.
"Then...i will not bother you young people now, i have to make a move.." Chairman Gao took his leave and left.
Now that Gao Holdings will soon to be taken over by Fang Jie, who will be the CEO of Gao Holdings.
But....Wang Yan have not claimed back his position at Wang Group.
