Hush..Don't cry..

7pm, The Aescott

Wang Yan returned home from work, worn out from all the meetings he had on the new Royal W Hotel project at Switzerland.

He came home to a sumptuous piping hot dinner that Ruo Qin prepared for him.

In front of Wang Yan, Ruo Qin put on her strong front, she didn't want Wang Yan to worry despite his busy work schedule.

"I thought you were preparing your art work for your launch?"

Wang Yan's eyes lit up like a kid hungry for food, as he rolled up his sleeves ready to dig in.

"I will still do the dinner while i can now..."

Ruo Qin's words...she don't know how long can she still prepare dinner for the man she loves.

How long more can she see him coming home for dinner?

After dinner...Ruo Qin raised a weird request.

"Yan..can we catch a movie tonight? Just wanted to take a break for tonight.."

Ruo Qin asked politely.

Although Wang Yan was a little surprised, but he agreed nonetheless. Whatever Ruo Qin wants, he will always comply...because seeing her smile is what warmed his heart.

Ruo Qin selected a tearful, sad movie.

She knew she couldn't cry in front of Wang Yan without any reason, except to watch a teary movie that seem natural to cry.

Wang Yan wrapped his arms around her, as tears stream down her cheeks.

Ruo Qin was weeping her heart out, unable to hold back her tears anymore.

She still couldn't believe what is happening to her. The chances of getting a cornea transplant is very rare, as there aren't much donors in Shanghai.

Which means, the longer she wait, the chances of the tumor grows...and the day of death draws nearer each day..

"Hush...don't cry.."

Wang Yan briefly kissed her as brushes his thumb across her face, wiping off her tears..

his voice..calmed her down like a magic spell.

Wang Yan did not notice her behaviour since the movie had a sad ending.

After the movie, late at night

Ruo Qin could not sleep. Thinking through the night..

"i don't want you to suffer anymore again..."

Ruo Qin mumbled softly as she gazed down at Wang Yan who was already asleep.

She gently touches his soft hair, looking at him as her eyes swell up..

Ruo Qin knew...if she failed to get a cornea transplant, she would die one day...and Wang Yan would have to experience the loss of losing her.

All she could think of was for Wang Yan.

She didn't want Wang Yan to suffer again. It would only be a better choice to leave him now, so Wang Yan wouldn't have to suffer the pain when she dies.

Ruo Qin eventually made up her mind.

A couple days later..

Father Wang arranged a blind date for his daughter, Wang Ling. It was the blind date that Wang Yan mentioned to Fang Jie the other time..

Having said that, Fang Jie knew about it and he wouldn't want Wang Ling to accept the blind date.

"Ling, Jason Xu is a nice guy you will like him. I've already met him twice..be nice and courteous later on.."

But she was puzzled with her own feelings..Although she did wanted to get married, but there was something bugging her..

A man dressed in suit with his hair neatly backcombed, Jason Xu, the Managing Director of China Airlines.

"Director Wang, Miss Wang, my pleasure to meet you."

Jason Xu politely extends his hand, as he bowed.

He pulled out a chair for Wang Ling, showing his gentleman side.

Father Wang was smiling, nodding in acknowledgement.

"Miss Wang, please accept a little gift for you.."

Jason Xu hands out a pair of diamond, simple yet elegant looking earrings.

"Oh...thank you..."

Wang Ling thanked, awkwardly...

"Hahahah, look at you both! already looking like the perfect couple!"

Father Wang laughed, satisfied with Jason Xu.

While Jason Xu gave a introduction of himself, Wang Ling on the other side..was absent minded, thinking about other stuff...

"I'm 33, this year....my interests are mostly in aerospace and engineering...I play golf during the weekends and i love children, very much.."

Jason Xu shared..

But it was all so boring to Wang Ling. Aerospace and Engineering? How boring!

"And what about you Miss Wang?"

Jason Xu asked..

Wang Ling was spacing out.

"Miss Wang?"

Jason Xu repeated.

"Oh. i'm sorry, well, i'm 31 this year, and i love exploring adventures..Hiking, skating, and eating.."

Jason Xu was a little taken aback, as both their interests are the exact opposite.

"Alright, Jason, i'll leave Wang Ling to your hands, i have some matters to attend to..take good care of my daughter"

Father Wang left the restaurant after having dinner with them.

Leaving Wang Ling and Jason Xu alone..

There was a moment of silence..

"Miss Wang, shall we head to somewhere for desserts?"

Jason Xu asked as they exit the restaurant together..

When suddenly...

**VROOOOM***

A black Audi A7 Sport car stopped outside the restaurant..

Stepping out of the car..

Fang Jie, has arrived.

Dressed in jeans and a black t-shirt, and holding on to a leather jacket. Looking casual, but charming as hell.

This man needs no suit to make himself look good, even just a pair of jeans and t-shirt is enough.

This is the type of man Wang Ling likes.

A man who can be himself, and not just to impress her.

Jason Xu was a little alarmed by Fang Jie's appearance, as he knew Fang Jie is well-known in the investment industry and even now that he is the CEO of Gao Holdings.

"Fang Jie..."

Wang Ling mumbled, a little smittened by him.

"Sorry i came late..are you ready to leave? the plane will depart in 1 hour's time.."

Fang Jie hovered his leather jacket over Wang Ling's bare shoulders, as she was wearing a sleeveless dress.

"You're leaving? somewhere?"

Jason Xu was caught off guard, stunned.

"Yes she is. We're going for our vacation. Is there any issue?"

Fang Jie shot a death glare at Jason Xu, hinting him to back off his woman.

"Sorry Jason..i..i have to leave..nice meeting you today"

Wang Ling apologize politely, by saying that, it almost means that she does not want to see Jason Xu again.

Fang Jie held her by her waist into his car and drove off.

Jason Xu was helpless, at the same time furious.

In the car...

"Oh my god!!! that was sooo smooth!! thank god you came to save me! That Jason Xu was such a boring man!! Interested in aerospace and enginnering? Like come on!! what era are we in? "

Wang Ling started complaining non-stop the moment she got on Fang Jie's car.

Fang Jie couldn't help it but smiled at her being her usual self.

"Wait..how did you know i was there for blind date?"

Wang Ling paused for a moment...

...

"WANG YAN THAT LITTLE RASCAL!"

No one else would know except Wang Yan. She cussed at her brother.

As Fang Jie drove..Wang Ling realized he was heading towards the direction to the Airport.

"Fang Jie? you're heading to the airport?"

Wang Ling was dumb-founded.

"No not to the airport, to the private airport."

Fang Jie replied as he make a right turn, where the private planes are setted in.

"Are we leaving Shanghai?"

Wang Ling asked, completely not knowing what was happening.

"Yes we are, i've got your passport with me. We're going to Japan." he responded.

Fang Jie already got everything planned.

He is going to confess his feelings to Wang Ling.
