Elimination of Potential Hazards

Judy looked at Steve's smirk and grinned. Steve obviously considered these weapons as being very precious.

But, in the eyes of the Lemurians, these were considered as mere children's toys! The Lemurian newborns were all Original Beings, so Original-level items were for the children to play with to exercise their strengths. As such, in Judy's eyes, Steve was like an adult with a child's toy, looking silly and happy.

There were two reasons why Judy was willing to give Steve so many weapons. Firstly, these things were not worth a lot of money. However, they were sufficient to protect Steve. Also, other than Steve, she could not find anyone else to hatch the Star of Hope.
