*Flash back*
Issei Hyoudo was a browned haired teenaged boy. Their was nothing really noteworthy about him, other than his extremely perverted nature.
After he had finished jacking off from the latest limited edition porno he recently bought, he went to bed and fell asleep with a satisfied smile on his face.
He remembered it clearly as if it was just yesterday, it was too sudden and too unexpected, that when he realise it was already too late.

He remembered how she tried to console him afterwards. But by then it was already too late he couldn't take the fact that he enjoyed his fathers touch, He resolve his promise that in his next life he would at least taste some titties before dying. Later that day Issei Hyoudo was gone,

"Nope, But I your ever benevolent God has heard your wish and granted you this chance. But you will be transported to a different dimension, ill even let you pick it" a deep resounding voice answered
"Why? Why was I chosen?" I quizzingly asked
"Because we needed someone who was perverted for an experimental soul recycling program" The voice responded.
"Then can you send me to a land of oppais, kami-sama!?"
"No, you will be sent to an alternate dimension thats just like this one, We have already picked a suitable host for you to transfer into, but seeing as he is older than you we will revert your host's body to a teenager" The voice replied coldly
"Sure whatever, but I read in the mangas that I get cheats, right?"
"Correct, 3 In fact. But as this is an experimental program, I cannot grant you anything too powerful such as No Limits, Insta-comprehension or infinite mana and or health" The voice replied.
Understanding as such, I told him my desired cheats " Ok kami-sama, I want an X-ray sight to see the oppais whenever I want, Max my charisma so I can lure oppais and be able to pet them whenever I like, And last I want an otome game system to guide me to become the best in the otherworld"
"The otome system might be a bit unfair, but there shouldn't be any problems in terms of unfairness if you stay in that world" Mumbled the voice
"Ok, Issei Hyoudo I shall grant you your wish good luck and enjoy your new life. Issei Hyoudo or should I say Christian Knighty" A bright light then embraced me as the voice finished his speech.

Meanwhile in a room full of monitors that suprisingly showed Issie, Christian and two other individuals, a man was seat in front of it while watching everything in amusement.
