Part-24(The Gift)

Khushi felt all shy. It was always him who had shown such love gestures she was too shy to do any of such gestures.

Arnav: What I am waiting. I need my gift.

Khushi: I think we should go. Everyone is outside.

Arnav: Ya that's what I am saying everyone is outside. So no one is watching us.

He was still holding her the same way looking into her eyes. He cups her cheeks

Arnav: Jaan If aren't comfortable you need not do it.

He loosened his grip on her waist but she held him back.

Khushi: Love it's not like that... I am just a little shy.

She held his right cheek and kissed his cheek...

Arnav was smiling standing there. Even this smallest of peck from her was such a moment for him.

He came out after some time. She was dancing enjoying her own company and suddenly the track changed to a romantic one. Arnav pulled her towards himself. She was looking into his eyes so was he. They were so much into each other, full of desires. They started dancing on the beats of the song. Since everyone was busy in dancing no one was looking at them. He held her waist twirled her round picked her up in arms.

It was a special day for both. The trip was bringing them more closely. It was the only time they could spend most of their time with each other. More than capturing pictures they were busy in capturing the moment they had spent together. They wanted to seal them into their hearts forever.

Finally, they both went to their rooms. It was a tiring day for both.

Arnav was in his room when someone knocked. He opened to find it was Khushi.

Khushi's roommate had shifted with her friend. So she was alone she informed Arnav same so he accompanied her as he knew that she was a bit afraid to sleep alone.

It was morning and Khushi was in her room's balcony enjoying the cool weather. It felt so close to mother nature. Just then Arnav kept his chin on her shoulder and encircled his arms around her waist.

She was a little shocked.

Arnav: Relax Jaan it's me...So enjoying the trip. Are we?

Khushi: Yes love everything is so beautiful. Isn't it? How I wish we could stay here forever.

Arnav: We can do it I mean after we complete our studies and get married we can permanently settle into such a place.

Khushi: Really, we can do this?

Arnav: Anything for my Jaan.

Khushi: Did you sleep well? I mean that sofa it not that comfortable.

Arnav: Yet I slept well. Actually it was the best sleep ever after all my sleeping beauty was in front of me.

Khushi(blushing): Arnav, please...

Arnav: Someone is blushing... all red... My favourite colour.

Khushi got out of his grip and ran into the washroom.

Khushi: Mr Raizada go and have a bath or you will miss today's bus for the trip.

Arnav: Won't mind Miss Gupta until and unless you accompany me.

He went to have a bath...

Today's day was for some adventurous sports like mountain climbing, paragliding etc.

Also, a campfire was arranged in the nearby jungle probably they would stay here for the night.

Khushi, Arnav and Viraj were trying mountain climbing. It was a new experience for Khushi and she was enjoying every bit of it. A little bit scared she was but with Arnav's support she was able to climb it felling all secured.

It was lunchtime. Everyone was having it also after that everyone had to start fixing tents for the stay at night.

Arnav had finished his work and was helping people around and then it suddenly clicked him that he hadn't seen her after lunch. She must be here only he assured himself and started asking the people nearby if they had seen her but no one knew where she was. Now, this got Arnav into a panic. It was a dense and dangerous forest.

Viraj approached Arnav.

Viraj: You look worried.. Any problem?

Arnav: I haven't seen Khushi after lunch and now also she is nowhere to be seen.

Viraj: She must be here. Let's ask.

Arnav: I already have from the past 1/2 hour I am doing the same.

Nakul(one of the college mate): Arnav I had seen her going this way.

Arnav: With whom?

Nakul: She was alone. I guess she was searching network.

Arnav(Holding his collar): How could you let her go? She was alone and you didn't even try to ask her.

Viraj: Bro relax...Nakul thanks for information.. Arnav don't panic buddy we can inform the team here. They can help us to find her.

Arnav: Don't know Viraj where is she? Its been hours and I didn't even care to see her. How irresponsible of me.

Viraj: See its not time to blame yourself we should go to team.

They informed the team about her but Arnav was all restless. He just started in the direction Khushi had gone and started to search her. He was screaming her name like a mad. He also tried her mobile but there was no network available. It was getting dark now. Arnav was scared not for himself but her. Would she be alright? She must be scared. She fears darkness.

Arnav: Jaan Where are you?

He sat there crying like a small baby not able to find her.
