Chapter 243 : The Rating Game!! 2
Everyone watched as Sairaorg Bael and Zephyrdor Glasya-Labolas had a match in which Sairaorg and his peerage easily overwhelmed Zephyrdor's peerage, retiring them all with the exception of Zephyrdor, who challenged Sairaorg to a direct confrontation.
As Zephyrdor tried attacking Sairaorg with his demonic power, Sairaorg was able to deflect all of his attacks as he began to counterattack, destroying all of Zephyrdor's defensive magic circles and landing a critical blow into Zephyrdor's stomach, defeating him.
Due to experiencing a traumatic defeat at Sairaiorg's hands, Zephyrdor's soul was crushed with fear and he couldn't participate in the tournament anymore, dropping out.
This directly made Sairaorg pass to the next round where Diodora and Rias threw the dice and both of them got a 7 and started their match...
The four Maous were watching the match ongoing and Azazel noticed something...
Meanwhile, Diodora Astaroth was able to defeat Rias and her peerage due to secretly being strengthened by Ophis' Snake.
Azazel who recognised that immediately told Sirzechs but it was too late...
Rias immediately notices the irregularity of the match, as a group of Devils start to emerge from magic circles.
The Devils who emerged from the Magic Circle are revealed to be the members of the Old Satan Faction with Diodora being in cahoots with them.
Diodora proceeds to kidnap Asia and carries her away, while leaving the remaining Devils to dispose of Asia's allies.
This caused Rias and her peerage rage as this was only a match and though they lost it wasn't that big of a deal, no, in fact, they felt that they were winning and suddenly Diodora used underhanded methods...
Issei : You bastard give Asia back!!!
Rias : Issei!! After him!!!
The game was interrupted due to the attack of the Khaos Brigade's Old Satan Faction, who attacked the venue as Diodora revealed his alliance with the Khaos Brigade, leaving the Gremory Peerage to be killed by the Old Satan Devils...
However, at that moment an old voice was heard and someone appeared in front of Rias' members...

Odin motioned to Rias to after Issei and leave everything here to him and she did just that...
The Gremory Peerage then pursued Diodora, while Odin summoned his spear Gungnir, Odin easily defeats hundreds of his enemies.
On the other side of the battlefield, Haoh simply watching this unfolding, while Sona and the others participants begin to defeat their enemies.
Azazel explains that he deduced Diodora's newfound alliance, predicting they would use the Rating game to attack them, and decided to set a trap to defeat the army of the Old Satan Faction.
The Gremory group arrived at the temple where Diodora was holding Asia hostage.
Diodora : Hahahaha, you have arrived...
Issei : You bastard, give Asia back!!!
Rias : What is the meaning of this???
Diodora : Meaning?? I won the game, therefore, I took my prize...
