70 Percent

"You're back!" Hermione and Pansy came closer towards Draco seeing him get down inside the suitcase dragging two people with him there.

"Are they the werewolves?" Pansy asked as Draco nodded.

"Enough about me are you two okay?"

"We didn't do anything, of course, we are." Hermione said as she caught hold of Draco's ragged robe. There were several holes throughout his body and countless bleeding cuts.

"Oh, these are just something minor," Draco said as he took out his wand and wrapped bandages all over the place as he looked at the two girls looking at him in concern, "I know I have a lot to explain but first we need to get out of here. Pansy, can you give me the car keys?"

Pansy nodded as she passed over the key, "Do you even know a way out?"

"Don't worry, I am pretty good at these things." Draco said, "Follow me, I'll lead you to a place you can rest."

"We can do it at the shed." Hermione said pointing at Draco's lab.

"That, well it's kind of occupied right now." Draco said remembering the bloody three-headed snake, "We still have to get Sirius to a proper place as well. So just follow me."

Saying that Draco leads them to the door, in the middle of nowhere which seemed to lead to no place. Hermione had always been curious about that one door, that just sat in the middle of the place and seemed to serve no purpose.

To their amusement, Draco went over and knocked at the door a few times and opened it. The door seemed to lead to another room both Pansy and Hermione had never seen before.

"Dobby!" Draco called out as an elf tumbled its way out as quickly as it could, "Lead the guest to guest quarters and take care of them."

"Yes, master." Dobby said as he waited for Pansy and Hermione.

"What is this Draco? Where are we?"

"Oh! I forgot." Draco said, "Welcome to the one and only Black house."

"So, this guy after you is like a rune genius?" Hermione asked trying to find a way if she could help after hearing Draco's side of what was going on.

"Yes and no." Draco said laying back in his couch, "He is more like a magical genius but since his body doesn't have enough magic to support his new magic, he uses runes as a way to control those magic."

"Sigh! And why were you hiding these things from us?" Pansy asked as she crossed her arms.

"The same reason why my parents are in hiding. It's too dangerous." Draco said, "Now, now, I know the whole we're friends and we shouldn't keep secrets from each other and stuff. But try to understand my perspective on these as well. The guy I am fighting knowns everything about me and knows everything about you as well. And so Hogwarts was the best place for you in this fight and I wish you two will return back."

"Return back? Are you kidding me!!" Pansy stood up, "You nearly died, just today. What's going to happen when you face him?"

"If I die, you can be sure that we will all be dead." Draco said, "He's likely to not spare my friends. But I have my own way to fight and my calculations don't include you two joining the fight."

"How sure are you that you're going to win?" Hermione who was much calmer than Pansy asked.

"I was about 60 percent sure I could win before this incident but with me now figuring out the basis for magic my chance has increased to 70 percent."

"Only 10 percent?"

"Yes, though this is a big breakthrough I can't completely underestimate the guy. After all, I've seen enough."

"Why are you so insistent on fighting alone?" Pansy said getting a bit frustrated, "And Hermione, you should be the one stopping him not me. I mean, why?"

"Because I am choosing to trust him, this time." Hermione said making Pansy silent, "But I too won't go, until I am sure you're not alone fighting this thing."

"Who says I am alone?"

"You mean Sirius?" Hermione asked, "You two are still not enough."

"Yes, but I might get a little help from our potion teacher." Draco said, "And I am of course the heir of one of the richest family so you two are quiet underestimating my influence."

"What about the werewolves?"

"I might have a way to get help from their natural enemies." Draco said, "Trust me, in this fight you're better back in Hogwarts than here. I've already sent a letter to Dumbledore explaining about your conditions and he is completely fine with it as long as you guys return back."

"Sigh! Fine." Hermione said standing up and hugging Draco, "I hope you know what you're doing."

"I know." Draco said smiling a little as he looked at Pansy, "You don't mind me borrowing your car now do you."

Pansy looked a bit annoyed as she didn't answer. Draco just smiled walking up to her and pulling her in a tight embrace against her fights until she stopped fighting back.
