Nascent Soul realm- lifespan: 600 years.

Dao Seeking realm- lifespan: 2000 years.

Immortal Realm Cultivation:

Mortal Dao Realm- lifespan: 5000 years.

Earth Dao Realm- lifespan: 15000 years.

Heaven Dao Realm- lifespan: 30000 years.

Immortal Realm- lifespan: 100000 years.

Ancient Immortal Realm- lifespan: 500000 years.
