Elder Mary's heart was grounded into meat paste as she stared into the merciless eyes of the youth who killed her. She spat blood all over his face, but he didn't flinch one bit while the life escaped from her eyes. He didn't seem to care that she was a woman, delicate, sweet, and beautiful. In his eyes, she was no different than a hairy boar.
Taf then threw Elder Mary's once sought-after body into the air before black lightning rampaged throughout, exploding into bits. Not even a plea for mercy was allowed in her final moments. This was carnage of the highest order.
When seeing Elder Mary's fate, Mu fell to the ground in sheer terror. He found himself trembling as though witnessing the birth of a demon. Wasn't this scene reminiscent of what unfolded prior with the weak group of bandits? How could his growth be this rapid? Why did it appear as though they were lambs brought to the slaughter?
