The Gods' Decree

May appeared outside of the space stone; her task was clear. Gather twenty martial king beasts and Brenda. There was no time to waste, but luckily for her, the battle with the demon king was close to his castle, and many beasts called nearby their home.

So finding twenty at the martial king realm would not be too hard. Encountering Brenda would be the most tedious as she could be anywhere in purgatory.

May was a woman on a mission as she burst through the sands and started her hunt. Minutes later, she bound one beast after the other and threw them inside the space stone using the spatial lock parchment, which she had reverse-engineered before they found the demon king.

It was the key in capturing him and why Taf had sacrificed half of his body, giving May the chance to drag the demon king into the space stone. The demon king was stronger than the two, but his resistance would be lowered if he were to be weakened, precisely what was done.
