As I went to the dorms to look for a place of which I would be sleeping I came across a rather interesting sight, it seemed as if there was just a battle here and for some reason, Tang San was leaving with what looked to be a teacher and there were a bunch of other kids about my age shouting at that probable teacher

Instead of doing what other kids would most likely do in curiosity I simply walked past the entire thing, it's not like it involves me in any way what so ever plus I've known tang San for less than half a day so it really doesn't concern me

So I just headed to my room and started meditating, I was going to be in this world for quite a while if not forever so I might as well start training

TWO YEARS LATER

Right now I'm eight years old and looking for My second spirit beast. After that, I will be leaving the academy since it is a rule that after you have gotten your second spirit beast there is nothing the academy can teach you any more so you must either go to a more advanced one or be alone.

I have chosen to join a better academy since tang San and another girl, whose name I learned was xiao wu a close friend of tang San and nothing more than an acquaintance of mine, are still in the academy

( AN: I'm pretty sure that at eight years old tang San and xiao wu weren't grand spirit master's yet since it took them 6 years to go up 16 ranks they probably only became spirit grandmasters at nine or something )

Looking for a spirit beast was something one should not take lightly as it would not only decide what your next spirit ability is but also what level you will go to after absorbing the halo, like from when I got my first spirit beast since it was a hundred-year-old one I directly went from level ten to thirteen but if it was a ten-year-old one then all that would have happened is that my level would have only gone up by one

There was also the restriction of your spirit soul and the beasts halo you decide to absorb you can't absorb a Prussian claw if you have a mental spirit soul, but that doesn't mean too much to me because since I chose Uchiha I was also granted chakra attributes mine were Fire since I'm an Uchiha and lightning meaning that I can choose to absorb a halo from a chakra attribute

While thinking this I felt a gust of wind then I looked up only to meet a beast flying straight towards me but this was no ordinary beast it had a wingspan of nearly two meters, a beak sharper than a knife and its body was completely blue

RAITORI!!!

I internally screamed jumping back to avoid getting hit

After hitting air it immediately flew back up getting ready to launch another attack

Regaining my composure I started thinking rapidly

' it's a bird with a lightning attribute meaning it's good for me and it's only around six hundred years old so I can still deal with it. '

This was all the thinking I could do because it was already heading in my direction. I switched on my Sharingan and for the first time activated my first skill

First spirit ability: slow

Just like that the bird slowed down a bit not in reality but in my eyes it did it wasn't moving slow motion slow it had only slowed down by about 40% right now

As I got to me I bent down closed my eyes and with all my strength sent uppercut on its stomach making it fly a few meters before hitting a nearby tree. I opened my eyes and looked at the bird wearily I was neither stupid nor naïve I knew that there was no way I could take down a hundred-year-old beast in one strike

' You see these were the times I wish I had a weapon to go along with everything else ' I thought as I felt my stinging first right now

The Raitori got up and instead of going back up it just hovered in the air and pointed its 30cm long claws at me before they became completely shrouded in lightning

This was what made the Raitori this well known, the ability to cover its claws in lightning increasing its piercing capability and destructive prowess

It came straight at me not caring of defence at all when it got to me I did a backflip landing on my hands and kicking it in the stomach with the soul of my shoes

This time it went straight in the air and landed on the ground hard

Instead of letting it get back up again I dashed at hitting it on the head successfully killing it

After killing it I sat on my but and started absorbing the halo

TIME SKIP

After waking up from the excessively long abortion process the first thing that greeted me was the system

Well that was convenient

3 YEARS LATER

Right now I'm heading to thunderclap academy to enter

When I got there the security asked why I was here

It turns out there was some sort of trial I had to do before joining but of course I passed ,that test without much worry

I was given a number which was my dorm number and of course I had to , have a roommate

Fortunately for me he should still be in class and since that was the case I got the chance to settle in

After putting everything away in the dorm I had to start class on that same day

Heading to where I was told to go I found out that they were outside dueling which I directly headed there and when I got there I was introduced
