Jonas turned the village into a wasteland, only leaving dust behind.
The trio retreated back into the cave inside the Mumble Forest and stored all things into the Spatial RIng that Koray carried with him.
Dino and Jonas were eager to enter the Fourth Stage too and create Astral Energy, so they could use their own Spatial Rings in the future. Both of them stood 20 meters away from each with Koray watching over them. Both of them calmed down, the peace before the storm.
Koray described them beforehand how he let his anger run wild and how mad he felt about himself. The feeling of weakness made him go wild.
Both, Jonas and Dino played in their minds how someone they loved were killed in front of them and they couldn't do nothing to stop it. It was a coincidence that the important person they thought of were their respective mothers.
Feeling their anger reach the peak they unleashed everything they had without control. It was risky but they had faith in themselves.
Their Solar and Lunar Energies fused with their bodies rampaged through their bodies, causing grave internal injuries to them. The pain just made them even angrier and they lost themselves in pain and anger.
Just like it happened with Koray their hearts produced the first wisp of Astral Energy when the rampaging forces reached their peak.
The first wisp of Astral Energy insider their hearts triggered something mystical and the cold and hot forces started to fuse into purple-grey Astral Energy all over their bodies. Healing in the fusing process their internal injuries. One could say that this was a small kind of rebirth. It didn't take long until their bodies were brimming with Astral Energy.
"HAAA!"
Jonas unleashed his wicked dark wind, just that it turned into a wicked dark storm. It withering effect rose exponentially and the area around him turned into dust, even the earth underneath him started to wither away, making him sink every second a little more. Little Kiki kept sleeping peacefully, the storm had no effect on the little snake.
When the Astral Energy reached Dinos Eternal Eyes, his eternal sign pupils started to move faster on their own. His vision turned even sharper and once invisibles energies of the world around them started to appear in his viewpoint.
"Incredible..."
Dino was intoxicated by what he saw. His worldview turned into a colorful paradise. He could turn it off with a mere thought.
'This ability will surely become handy in the future' Thought Dino.
Jonas had his eyes closed and focused on the Astral Energy that was freely flowing inside his body. The storm around him had died out and he felt the Astral Energy rush into his brain.
It was only a faint echo that went through his mind but, Jonas was sure he heard something inside him crack. He tried to concentrate on the origin from where that sound came from and he entered a white space.
"This is...."
In front of him was a gigantic storm raging. Made from intense wicked dark air, it stormed all over the white space like a never ending apocalypse. Strange whispers entered Jonas mind. 'Devour Life, Devour Death, Devour Fate!'
That sentence flashed through his mind again and again, the thing that surprised him the most was that he recognized the voice that was whispering. It was his own.
It came from within the storm, even though the storm looked like a scene from an apocalypse movie, it was too silent. Only the whispers entered his mind like a broken recorder.
Jonas started walking to the eye of the storm. It didn't harm him at all, he felt that the storm was a deeply buried part of him. The whispers started to die down, the closer he walked to the eye of the storm.
When he finally stepped into it he was greeted by complete silence.
He couldn't move forwards, something prevented him.
There he saw and heard it, in the center most position was a fog made from purple-gray Energy.
'Is that fog made from Astral Energy?'
Jonas heard a weak heartbeat coming out from the fog.
He observed everything around him in wonder and he came to the conclusion that this should be his Soul. There was no other explanation, he was sure that this was his fresh born Nascent Soul.
'It is fueled by Astral Energy, I'm sure I know now what the Fifth Stage is. At the moment the Nascent Soul is at its most primordial state, it hasn't even taken form yet....it needs Astral Energy. More of it and if possible a much purer form of Astral Energy....'
Jonas vast knowledge of cultivation novels helped him analyse in what kind of situation his Soul is in at the moment and what it needed to help it take form.
Totally excited he got out from his Soul and started to explain Dino and Koray the situation.
"Bro, are you sure? I mean I reached the Fifth Stage first and didn't enter my Soul."
"How could you even enter it? At that moment you only wanted to beat that cultivator to death."
"True...." Koray gave Jonas right.
"Both of you should at least try to enter it. You need to be calm to be able to enter it." Explained Jonas once again.
Dino and Koray sat down, calming themselves and both of them took their time, exploring their inner self.
Dino entered his inner Soul first. It was different from Jonas Soul. The Space was completely grey and he had the feeling that time stood still here but, he wasn't sure. He could already see the purple fog in the center. He tried to reach it and just like it happened to Jonas he was blocked.
Dino heard from time to time a weak heartbeat that came from the purple fog. When he tried to look through the fog with his Eternal Eyes he only noticed that the fog was formed by millions of tiny eternal signs.
When Koray finally entered his Soul, it was again a very different view from the other two.
He entered a desolate place with an enormous red full moon hanging up in the sky, shining illuminating the whole space in a bloody light.
In the center of the desolate space stood a towering silver demon statue, it's skin made from silver metal with blood red spiky hair that almost reached the ground. Three vicious looking black horns sprouted out from its forehead.
'WOW'
Koray was overwhelmed.
Above the towering statue was a purple-grey fog wriggling, from time to time a weak heartbeat could be heart, coming from within the fog.
Later the trio sat together when Koray said something that shocked them.
"Guys, you still remember that black dude that saved our lives?"
"Yes."
"Why do you ask?"
"We reached the Fourth Stage and know now how to reach the Fifth Stage....and I can't shake off the feeling that that guy is still leagues above that. Like his whole body became true lightning. Not like Max who only surrounds himself with fire....and the spear he used, how did he made it vanish? I don't remember that he had a Spatial Ring with him."
When Koray said what he though, he left the other two shocked and they thought deep about those facts that Koray dropped on them.
