Wen Lin is one of the few people born with a mutated gene.

Wen Lin stood by the door leading to the hospital room, where the beautiful woman rested. He softly called out her name, with no intention of walking inside. He could not walk inside, he did not have the courage to say goodbye.

It was so unreal. Today was the day I finally married my beloved woman. More than anything I was happy that her family would be able to come to our wedding. How much she loves her family and their presence is all she has ever wanted.


As it is our big day today, I have to make sure security is very tight. I have way too many enemies and so I don't want one of them coming to my wedding and causing havoc. Thus apart from my normal bodyguards, I had some silver mask shadow guards put in place and golden masked guards. One gold guard can hold off a hundred people on his own, and with the help of the other guards, and the silver-masked guard, they will make sure that everything is okay.
