The weapons inside the Sword Cleansing River were not at the level of Spirit Weapons but were more powerful than high-grade magical weapons. These weapons were all failed attempts by the manor owners across generations at cultivating spirit weapons. Once they failed, they were thrown into the Sword Cleansing River.
