Retreat

Xiao Yue stared at the man clad in red wedding attire, her eyes sparkling. She could not believe that the man sitting atop the horse was Ye Mo. However, it took a mere glance for her to confirm that the man was indeed Ye Mo. More than a year of separation and day after day of missing him had etched Ye Mo deeply onto Xiao Yue's heart. His appearance might have still been the same, but his expression and his aura were completely different. 

"Why? Why? He has already reached the True Energy Realm and can leave the Tianwu Kingdom. Why didn't he come for me? Why is he marrying another woman? Did he have a change of heart?" Xiao Yue shook her head as tears welled up in her eyes.
