The Beginning 1

The Sacred Mountain Andahuil.

A 10.000 feet tall mountain that was formed of pitch black soil and stones. A mountain which no animal would dare to enter, and no plant could ever grow. The forbidden land of many living beings.

Yet now, at it's peak, a man in black robe was standing there.

With long black hair and messy facial hair. He gave anyone who saw him an impression of a poor beggar.

But if someone examined the man closely, they would see a clear and sharp eyes that could make anyone who was seen by those eyes to feel stark naked to the deep of their soul, like under the gaze of those eyes, no secret could be hidden from it.

Those weren't eyes that a normal person would have!

In front of the man. A giant bird was lying in the pool of blood.

The bird was still living, but it was breathing heavily. With eyes full of hatred and anger the giant bird looked at the man in front of it .

"LOWLY HUMAN, HOW DARE YOU TO TURN ME INTO LIKE THIS!? I AM A PHOENIX, I AM A SACRED BEING, I AM NOT SOMETHING THAT LOWLY BEING LIKE YOU SHOULD OFFEND!!!" The giant bird that called itself a phoenix roared thunderously to the man.

But the man, without changing his expression, he was just staring at bird and coldly replied "You are indeed a sacred being, a being which was gifted by the Heaven and Earth with power and miracles..."

"IF YOU KNOW IT THEN WHY DO YOU TRY TO KILL ME ?!!!" using every last bit of its strength, The Phoenix roared continuously and releasing an oppressive aura to the man.

As a sacred being, if it was defeated by a same sacred being like dragon or winged tiger, may be it wouldn't feel so bad. But, to be defeated and was at the mercy of a lowly being like human. As a sacred being, it felt shame and humiliation to the marrow of it's bone.

The man himself didn't even flinch or even care about the phoenix loud roar, and even the oppressive aura of the phoenix wasn't affecting him a little bit. He just quietly stood at his place and coldly replied "But you attacked tens cities and razed all of it to the ground. killing millions of life in the process. And everything was done without any justifiable reason."

Knowing the reason why it was hunted down by the man. The Phoenix only felt angrier than before . "You Hunted down me just for because of those lowly creatures?! They are just as same as ants to me! Have you ever count how many ant that you killed in your whole life? No, right!?"

"…No." the man replied.

Then mocking expression appeared on The Phoenix face "See? You also…"

"But I never kill ants just for my joy." Before The Phoenix could finish his sentence, the man words interrupted it.

Lifting his right hand up to the sky, a 2 meters long saber suddenly appeared in his hand. "Heaven and Earth have their law and order. By killing millions of normal human you already disrupted the balance of the world and break the Law of Heaven and Earth.

By the Heaven and Earth's command, you shall be executed for your sin"

Hearing the man as he gave the verdict of The Phoenix. The Phoenix was panicked "W-wait! I am a sacred being. You can't kill me! I am a being that was gifted by the Heaven and Earth. You can't kill me !!

And also, the existence of sacred beings was to oppress the strength of humanity so the balance of the world wouldn't be disrupted. So what I did was only doing what I was created for, right? "

Seeing The Phoenix that was already in his mercy but still positioning it self as a higher being than human and justifying his doing, the man couldn't help but to smiled coldly. "Indeed, but it was only applied to those strong humanity who could train Heavenly Energy, not normal human who couldn't even kill the heavenly beast by themself.

In fact, if what you destroy are sects, cults, or those powerhouse of humanity, maybe confinement is enough for your punishment. But you chose human cities that were full of normal humans, and that is where your mistake is.

So now just save your breath, pray, and face your punishment wholeheartedly!"

"W-wait!.." the man didn't even wait to hear The Phoenix plea and with a single movement, the saber was slashing down to The Phoenix's neck.

Boom!

The saber slashed through The Phoenix neck and slashed through into the black ground under it. Leaving a deep tens meter slash mark.

Blood was sprayed all over the place from the headless body of The Phoenix as the head was rolling away.

Finishing the execution, the man still maintained his position and while his sharp eyes were still glaring at the carcass of The Phoenix. The 2 meter long saber was already vanished as mysteriously as how it's appeared from the thin air.

Suddenly, a thunderous voice was heard from the carcass of The Phoenix "Haha.. FOOL! Do you think the title of sacred being is just for nothing? I am a phoenix. The one who will reborn from my own ash. My race is the closest to the immortality even among the sacred beings, and you think with just a mere slash you could kill me? Naive!"

As the voice of The Phoenix was heard, a flame was suddenly emitted from the carcass of The Phoenix and burned both the body and the head.

Seeing the sudden turn of event, the man didn't look surprised and just coldly smiled as if he was already expecting everything "naive? I will show you who is the naive one!"

"little black, devour it!" The man said a command in cold tone, and then suddenly, a little black flame was appeared, floating beside him.

The black flame was only as big as a thumb and it didn't emit any heat at all. Such flame was very strange because the strength of a flame usually was measured by the heat it emitted, and the hotter the heat of a flame possessed means that the stronger the flame was.

The little black flame that was floating peacefully beside the man then flew to the direction of The Phoenix's body.

And the moment the black flame touch the carcass, the scorching flame which burned the body suddenly was turned into black as if it was corrupted by the black flame.

"Nooo. What kind of flame is this!? How could it corrupting a divine phoenix flame!?" as if experiencing something dreadful, The Phoenix voice was heard screaming in pain and agony.

The man himself didn't show much expression and just coldly smiled.

With a swipe of his hand, the head of The Phoenix that was away from it's body was suddenly flew to the direction of the man.

Seeing the head of The Phoenix in front of him, the man said "the ability of phoenix to reborn is a common knowledge that everybody know. Do you think I am that stupid to face you without having the ability to solve that ability of yours? You are the one who is too naive!"

The man then push the head to the burned body, and see as both the head and the body were burned in black flame while the voice of The Phoenix was screaming in pain and agony.

Moment later, both the body and the head of the phoenix was nowhere to be seen, and what remained was only a black flame.

Seeing the black flame "devoured" the carcass cleanly, the man smiled and said "well done little black!"

The black flame as if it was living, flew to the direction of the man. And as it was getting closer, the black flame suddenly getting bigger and bigger.

Then from the black flame, a form of black wolf suddenly appeared.

With a fur as black as the night, and eyes as white as the moon. The Black Wolf appeared in front of the man.

Seeing this, the man smiled and opened its mouth to greet his friend happily.

Pa!

Black paw suddenly slapped hard his head. And a furious roar was suddenly heard "you are the little black! your whole family is the little black! I already told you to call me Tyrant Wolf or Black Emperor, or at worst just call me Black Wolf! But don't ever call me little black, you stupid human!"
