All three in the living room looked towards the entrance, but a beautiful glass wall full of glass beads and beautiful, antic jade articles decorating each shelf on the wall, blocked the view of the people standing at the entrance.
After a moment, a beautiful and graceful woman in her later forties, dressed in peach A-line dress and white overcoat appeared from behind the glass wall, with Little Princess walking beside her.
Little Princess was dressed in baby pink and white frock, with her long, jet black, silky hair pulled up into two side buns and fixed in its place with white pearl hairpins.
"Yes Chang, your Mother is right. You are not going anywhere until we are done with you." another crisp and stern voice came through, followed by a man in his early fifties dressed in a crisp grey business suit.
It stunned Mu Chang for a complete minute before he reacted to what his parents said. Mu Cong and De Xi smiled lightly and greeted the two elders who just came in.
"Aunt, Uncle, Little Princess you are back early. Did you not go to the sea?" De Xi asked as she smiled warmly and elegantly.
"Good Morning, Mum, Dad, Little Princess." Mu Cong greeted the trio who just entered with morning wishes as he was yet to say it.
"Mum, Dad, why can I not go to meet Biyu? You also can't start bullying me like Lina and Brother." Mu Chang whined sulkily.
"Uncle, don't worry, Grandma and Grandpa will not bully you, if they do I will save you." Little Princess said in her sweet honey-like voice.
"Little Princess, my guardian angel, you are finally here to save me. Save me from your Mum and Uncle Chang, they are bullying me from last night." Mu Chang whined and complained as he hugged Little Princess for his dear life.
Little Princess frowned lightly, her little lips pouting slightly, and her eyes seemed deep in thoughts. She seemed like she was contemplating something and then smiled brightly towards Mu Chang, who looked at her with hope-filled eyes.
"Uncle Chang, you would have definitely heard that you can even offend the nine levels of heaven and seven levels of hell but never offend this pair of devil siblings. You would have offended them somehow and now they are paying it back to you now." She shrugged casually.
Mu Cong, De Xi, and the Mu Elders, all burst out laughing in amusement at Little Princess's response to Mu Chang.
"Little Princess, my heart feels so sour now, how come you are not defending me but advising me back?" Mu Chang asked in a tone full of hurt.
"Uncle Chang, I cannot defend you from them, only Aunt Biyu can protect you from them." Little Princess advised seriously, her brows frowning in process.
"That was my plan as well, to find refuge in your Aunt Biyu's house, but now your Grandparents are not allowing me to meet her, what shall I do now?" Mu Chang sighed in defeat and let go of Little Princess in a sulky manner.
"Uncle, don't be sad, once you answer all the questions Grandma and Grandpa have for you, they will let you meet Aunt Biyu." Little Princess leaned in and whispered in Mu Chang's right ear.
"Really?" Mu Chang whispered back in an unsure and doubtful tone to which Little Princess nodded her head in assurance.
"Now Uncle Chang, I will return to my room I need to complete some work." Little Princess said as she smiled sweetly towards Mu Chang.
"Grandpa, Grandma, Mother, Uncle Cong, I'm going upstairs, don't bully my Uncle Chang too much." Little Princess turned towards others and smiled amusingly.
"Sure Little Princess, we will not bully your Uncle Chang too much." Mother Mu assured Little Princess with a warm, motherly smile.
Little Princess looked at the other three who nodded their heads in agreement as well.
After making sure they will fulfill her condition, Little Princess left for her room with two maids tailing after her to prepare her for the following school day.
"Father and Mother, what would you like to have?" Mu Cong asked as he looked at his parents, as all five of them walked towards the sofas and settled down.
"I'll have some tea." Father Mu said calmly and then looked towards his second son.
"I'll have the same." Mother Mu replied while glaring towards her second son.
Mu Cong nodded towards the Head Butler who immediately went to the kitchen to get the tea prepared.
"What did I do? Why am I being glared like this?" Mu Chang asked in a wronged tone as he looked towards the floor as he did not dare look at his parents.
"Why do you two suddenly want to get married?" Father Mu asked sternly as he slightly narrowed his eyes on Mu Chang.
"We felt that there was no need to wait until Biyu's graduation, so we decided to get married now." Mu Chang answered in a slightly anxious tone.
"Biyu is not pregnant, is she?" Mother Mu asked hesitantly as she glanced towards Father Mu and then at Mu Chang, who choked on his saliva.
Even De Xi and Mu Cong were shocked at Mother Mu's question, but then looked at Mu Cong suspiciously.
"What? No, Mother, what are you thinking?" Mu Chang asked in utter disbelief.
"Then why are you in a hurry to get married? You waited for four years already, what will happen in waiting another year?" Mother Mu asked in confusion and frustration, making Mu Chang uncomfortable and unsettled.
"Aunt..." De Xi interrupted softly, reminding Mother Mu that Mu Chang was getting uncomfortable with Mother Mu's reaction.
"Right, Xi'er, Mother and Father already talked to the Su Family after we informed them about this." Mother Mu immediately changed the topic as she knew anymore and she will lose her cool completely.
"That is great what did they say?" De Xi asked with a warm smile.
"It seems that Yunxi already talked with the Su family regarding this and they decided to come here to discuss the marriage face to face." Mother Mu said hesitantly.
