Awakening

(This is through the eyes of a newly created being, so they won't know anything about well, anything. That's why it plays out so weird I'm sorry!)

I come to be in an abyssal void, nothing but darkness is what I experience as I awake.

"Ktov chtivic cha#c!"

I can sense something moving around me.

"Kltvn gro dteo, brek tg#k! b#t hbge?"

It feels as if it is next to me, I can feel A line of energy enter my formless existence, as it does it leaves a small ball of light inside. Once this was done I feel an indescribable wave of pressure wash over me, but very soon I become tired again, and once more, fall asleep.

I wake up again only this time to a blinding light,

"Ktov che kuf!"

I see something come to me and bend its upper half at me before holding out its thing at me. I don't know what it is doing so I don't know how to react. For some reason it then hits itself in the top part of its being, before releasing a long line to where I am, releasing another ball of light.

"You should be able to know what I am saying now correct? You should also be able to speak to me now that I've given you an orb of knowledge."

"What is happening?" my words bend and rattle the void to talk,

"Oh, I'm sorry hold on."

The person releases yet another orb of light into my body while saying.

"Here's what's going on, as well as some other information you should know."

I don't reply as I absorb the orb of light entirely when I come to know the contents inside the sphere I start to form into being. Cells start being created and split apart, A ball of biological mass comes into view and begins to form A brain then nerves, A heart, lungs, liver, and various other organs, bones as well as muscle starts forming along with blood vessels. Soon my heart starts beating and the blood that I created starts flowing, after some time I am now able to see what has been talking with me all this time.

It is a somewhat small man that looks to be pretty muscular, as I look closer it seems as if the man is exhausted almost on the brink of passing out at any moment. Very soon it comes to me that this person wouldn't look so small if he had legs! It seemed like one has been trying to heal for a long time but can't for some reason while the other looks to be freshly cut off as it's still dripping a little blood.

"Oh, you are probably wondering why I don't have legs hmm?" I slowly nod,

"It's so I can create this!"

At that time almost as if A very bright curtain was lifted from my vision, I see an almost blindingly bright star. A few planets as well as feeling hot, scorching hot on my left side and an absolutely burning cold on my right yet it doesn't seem to bother me, as I look on in amazement at how stunning this site is for quite some time. The warm yellowish red glow of A star is bathing my left in its light, as the light cascades to my right, it gives way to almost pure darkness. I look on to the planets and see one in particular that looks green with A majority of it being a dark blue with clouds moving around the earth albeit very slowly.

The man joyfully said,

"That's where we will be going next, but first I need to tell you some things."

The man starts waving his arms in an exaggerated manner,

"We are gods; we were created as soon as the beginning was made, our creator is called a True God. A being with absolute power, the True God is the beginning of everything as well as the end."

"Is the True God here, with us now?" I ask questioningly,

The man turns a bit solemn and stops waving his arms around,

"Yes, but right now the True God is in a deep sleep, and even I do not know if he will ever wake up."

The man shakes his head in disappointment,

"But let's move on from that right now I have something to show you."

"It's not going to blind me is it?"

I ask as I squint my eyes, since the last time it hurt a bit to see when he pulled the curtain away to reveal the current scene before me.

"What, no!"

The man coughs in his hand; he proceeds to move his hand back and forth as if to loft away from the question I just had,

"I promise."

He then made a line made of light and cut his thumb, A white glowing droplet of blood started to form,

"This is the power of A god!"

Rocks started to form and collide together, the force of the impacts began to turn the rocks almost A white color from the energy and heat of the collisions. Soon A bright red and white planet was formed in the man's palm, it was about half the size of the earth I had seen before.

The planet started to quickly cool and turn almost a pure black; if it weren't in the man's palm, it would have seamlessly blended into the void around us. He then forced out another drop of blood from the cut on his thumb, as the blood was absorbed into the black, almost lifeless planet, It suddenly started to spin, as it did this, specks of green began to dot the once dull landscape until encasing the globe in a copious sea of lush green.

Clouds started to form and with it came water, torrential rains began to pelt the lush landscape destroying most of it but giving way to vast oceans, lakes, and rivers. I looked up at the man in an interesting idea,

"This isn't the only thing we can do watch closely!"

The man created a line of light and severed the thumb that had the cut, I looked at him as if he's the weirdest person I'll ever meet in my life.

"Why are you looking at me like I'm some weirdo? This is how it's done!"

I still give him a weird glance but soon become transfixed on the little planet, he sighs seeing the glimpse I gave him but didn't care enough to say anything more. Soon animals started to form, they looked for and ate food, mated and died in what seemed instantaneous if one wasn't paying attention. Soon bigger animals were made, they hunted and killed smaller ones to survive. Others were created that chased them either by being bigger and stronger, or smarter, some started to fly in the sky of the planet while others burrowed into the soil, others began to swim in the oceans and lakes.

I looked up at the man excitedly,

"This is very interesting, what's happening?"

The man laughed a little but quickly told me,

"This is called life, as gods, we can create anything we wish!" The man gave an accomplished smile,

" Now watch, it's going to get as you say, 'very interesting.'"

After a small while of this, I was able to see some animals build and make a large dot in various parts of the landscape, it never moved except for very few times, once this happened smaller animals would gather and soon leave. I looked at the man with inquiring eyes,

"What are the bigger dots, and why do smaller animals gather at them sometimes?"

"The bigger dots are called altars, and some of the smaller animals are called mortals, sometimes

they gather at the altars to ask us gods for miracles, a favor, or even to pray."

"Why do they ask us for these things?"

"Because they're not as strong as us gods are, although they are intelligent and have a thirst for knowledge to better their own lives and their children, sometimes it's not enough, so they come to us for help. Some ask to heal their child, or a child asks for us to heal their parents, others ask for strength to overcome some obstacle they're facing. Some though, some ask for a good and

relaxing rest of their life filled with peace and to be surrounded by the ones they love."

He looks up at me with a warm yet exhausted smile,

"When they pray for these things it helps us recover from the wounds that we inflict on ourselves to create them, although with time it will eventually heal on its own. With the prayers they make it speeds up the process, the things they ask for we can do without inflicting injuries to ourselves. After A while we can either use the prayers to speed up our healing or to use it for something else instead of cutting off a thumb or as a substitute for something bigger as you saw before."

He wiggles his little stump that was freshly cut off, he gives A tired yet joking smile,

"We can go down there and see them if you want."

"We can?"

"Of course we can, but I'm going to have you do it as I am extremely exhausted. All you have to do is think it, and it will happen, if you're taking another God they have to be willing if they're as strong as

you are."

"Okay, I'll try."

I think about being around the size of a mortal and teleporting near one of the altars with people currently praying. In an instant a with large ripple in the void we appear next to one of the shrines.

"Wow, you did it your first try and made it, so we're near the altar!" He said this with a bit of a sad expression.

But he was heavily wounded and extremely tired, so it would have just taken him a bit longer, and maybe they would have been a bit further away. If he was fully healed and wasn't as tired as he was now, he's sure he could have done it too.

I see the mortals bring their sick and dying to the altar, praying for them to heal or get better, others bring dead animals or various herbs to the shrine to pray,

"Why do they bring dead animals or herbs?"

" It's so that their prayers will be answered in a specific way, typically the reason they do this is if they need to ask what they think is something big, like strength. The offerings also help them better absorb the energy of A god when their prayer is answered to get A better effect."

"Oh, and I have another question... why are we the only ones naked?" I ask awkwardly.

Indeed we were the only ones naked out of all the mortals and floating just out of sight as to not scare them.

The man quickly coughed again and said,

"Us gods don't necessarily need clothing like mortals do plus it isn't like we have anything to show."

He releases an orb to me and gestures for me to absorb it when I do it becomes immediately apparent why we don't. We don't have any sex appendages to show. Additionally, we don't get affected by heat or

cold like mortals do, making it, so we don't need clothing.

"It still feels a little weird to not be wearing clothing."
