Introducing Button

Next day, Lin Yun wakes up when he hears a man calling him in the front yard.

Xiao Yi is sleeping with a sweet smile. Lin Yun can't help but kisses her.

"ammm" Xiao Yi moans and opens her eyes.

"Good morning, my little beauty" Lin Yun greets her.

Lin Yun gets up and wears a cloth casually . He opens the door and sees a Lin Family Guard.

" Young master, patriarch is calling you in his study room." The guard informs.

"Okay, I will come shortly" Lin Yun replies.

"Yes, young master" He salutes Lin Yun and goes back. He is Lin Tian's personal guard.

"Let's take a bath. I am going to see father." Lin Yun goes back into the room and tells Xiao Yi.

They take a bath and go the central courtyard. Xiao Yi goes toward the kitchen to get their breakfast while Lin Yun walks towards the patriarch's study room.

He has some apprehension. This is going to be his first time meeting Lin Yun's father or his father now. According to old Lin Yun's perspective, Lin Tian is very kind, gives whatever he need and cleans up the messes he creates.

He walks towards the door and knocks on the door.

"Come in " A gentle man's voice comes from inside the room.

"Father" Lin Yun greets.

Lin Tian is the middle aged version of Lin Yun. He is still handsome and charming.

'hmm, many women may have fallen victim' Lin Yun thinks.

"Yun'er, father is glad to hear your changes." Lin Tian looks at her soon with gentle eyes.

"Your grandpa informed me that you have been practicing martial arts." Lin Tian checks out his son.

'I thought they figured out something. I have to be careful from now on.' Lin Yun decides in his heart.

"Yun'er, is there any changes to your body recently?" Lin father probes.

"I am more energetic after the breakthrough." Lin Yun replies casually.

'hmm, my new father is very astute. Needs to be more careful' Lin Yun decides more firmly.

"Oh" Lin Tian nods but can be seen some disappointment in his eyes.

'Why is he disappointed when there is no changes in my body?' Lin Yun doubts.

Actually Lin Tian wants to know if the bloodline of Lin Yun's mother has been awakened. She warned him to make Lin Yun more low key. Otherwise, his power may attracts unwanted attention. That is why he has been giving free rein to Lin Yun.

" I heard you can use all elements, is that true?" Lin Tian asks again.

"Father, my low affinity become a boon. I can play with other elements." Lin Yun answers.

"Yun'er, don't use other elements in front of others as long as possible." Lin father advises.

"Yes, father. I know" Lin Yun nods.

"Why I call you this morning is to tell you to go back to academy and attend the class. I am worried if others will note your changes. But your grandpa insisted that you go."

"Okay, father. I will not show my strength." Lin Yun promises.

"Then father is relieved. Academy is opening 5 days from today. You can go back." Lin father informs his son.

" Okay, father" Lin Yun turns around walks out but he stops after few steps.

"Father, actually I have some busines ideas that work" Lin Yun turns towards his father and says.

"Oh , what kind of idea?"

"It's about clothing design" Lin Yun answers.

"Tell me more"

" It's called button. It can be used instead of ties. It's circular like a coin. But it has four holes where we can use to sew the button to the cloth." Lin Yun takes out a paper and brush and draws a rough button design.

Lin Yun's storage bag contains only painting accessories, money, clothes including some of panty and bra collections from his conquests.

"Yun'er, I think it's feasible" Lin father is very surprised. He listens only not to disappoint his son's enthusiasm but the idea turns out to be very good.

"Iron, tin or copper buttons can be used for the poor and silver or gold buttons for the rich" Lin Yun continues to explain.

He draws some rough designs of using button in shirts and pants and gives to his father.

When he comes out, he sees Xiao Yi waiting for him in front of Central Hall.

"Young master" She runs up to him.

"Come on, let's go back." Lin Yun hold her hand and says.

"Um" She nods.

They go back and have breakfast. He urges Xiao Yi to practice martial arts.

"Xiao Yi, young master going to face many formidable enemies sooner or later. So, you practice diligently if you want to accompany me."

Xiao Yi obeys him and starts practicing diligently. She decides she will accompany her young master for a lifetime.

Lin Yun also decides to prepare since he is going to attend the academy. The old Lin Yun knows nothing other than painting, some poetry and music.

Lin Yun spends the next few days practicing runes. He spars with Xiao Yi from time to time.
