I nodded and closed my eyes. I held onto his arm, because without holding him i didn't feel safe.
"Just hold a second . . . almost there." He whispered. I just gave him a smile.
"Ok, open your eyes."
I opened my eyes and tried to hold back another gasp.
It was beautiful, the sky had a light shade of every color in a rainbow.
And the tall, glass building in front of us made the sunset in front of me more dramatic.
"This is beautiful, how did you know the exact time?" I asked, not looking at Ryan.
I couldn't even move my eyes away from the sunset.
He chuckled, "I come here way too often."
"I would come up here every single day if I was you." I said.
Down below, a song played; Glad You Came.
"I know that song!" I said and the next thing you know, I started singing along.
I never sang in front of a boy before, never, ever i did.
He was the first boy to hear me sing. When the song was over, another song started playing,
I turned to him, "Does this always happen?"
"No, I guess, they are having a party, somewhere below."
"WOW, in this building!! I'm surprised it is not tumbling down." I said.
He laughed. The night continued and the city light turned on.
The songs continued playing and I continued singing.
Those song that I sorta forgot, I made up lyrics that goes with the rhythm.
Ryan laughed at my childish behaviour.
It was one really good night. I think it was the best night of my life.
Ryan quickly checked his watch and grabbed my hand. "Come, we are late!" he said.
"Late for what?"
"Just wait for now. Hurry!" Ryan said, helping me off of the edge.
We ran for the door and down the stairs.
We rushed into the limo, which drove us to the airport.
We got on Ryan's private jet again and it took of as soon as possible.
"Sleep, I'll wake you up when we are there." Ryan said. I nodded and soon I fell asleep to the soft hum of the airplane and Ryan's arm kept on brushing my back gently to make me fall asleep.
Soon I was woken up by someone shaking my shoulders. "Jennifer, wake up!" it was Ryan.
I groaned, but reluctantly opened my eyes. I squinted my eyes, waiting for my them to adjust to the light.
"Are we there yet?" I said, with my hoarse voice.
"Yeah, hurry up!" Ryan said.
I groaned again and got up from my seat, smoothing my dress. I followed Ryan to the front of the jet and right away the cold air hit me in the face. I shivered.
"Here." Ryan said, handed me his jacket. It was warm and had submerged into Ryan's body's sexy scent.
I took it without a second thought. "Thanks." I said looking around. The place was lit up with mini lanterns.
I squinted my eyes, trying to have a better view of the dark surrounding.
There were small, half - bloomed cherry blossoms on a half - bared tree.
There were small house made out of wood a little farther down. And I could see a mountain ahead of me.
I grinned, I figured where we were. It was JAPAN...
