Arseahr

Blood Island, Courtyard, Mansion of Sternritter N0.1 Arseahr

Arseahr was a rather tall man in his thirties, clothed in typical white attire that all Noble Ghouls were wearing; only his was more decorated with some minor decorations and symbols. He had long blonde hair reaching almost to his waist.

He was holding his sword, which looked like a typical European sword. A bit different from Lucien's katana. Arseahr spent most of his free time training in his sword, always trying to reach the peak. You know that the Sternritter didn't have anything else to do other than training.

"Arseahr!"

Screamed Lucien the moment he entered the courtyard, looking a the Arseahr, who was in the middle of his training. Arseahr then stopped his training and looked at Lucien, who had just now come to his little peaceful training ground, screaming and creating a ruckus.

"Your Highness, Crown Prince."

Said Arseahr as he looked at Lucien and then they both shook hands at the sigh of greeting.

Not every Sternritter was formal with him. For example, Commander Nalthos called him "kid", because he used to train him when he was younger or with Arseahr; he also had a very friendly relationship as they used to spar with each other almost every day.

"I have been a long time; my friend has it?"

Laughed Lucien as they finished their greeting after a long time. Arseahr also smiled because he was also happy that he finally saw a friend after several years.

"Yes, yes, it was. Why have you come to visit me and, as usual, with that noisy attitude of yours."

Said Arseahr with a small smile as he looked at Lucien, and then both of them sat down behind the small table which was near, and soon, servants brought them some black tea, which was Arseahr's favorite.

"So, could you already tell me why you have come here?"

Lucien sipped his black tea, put down the cup, and looked at Arseahr with not so relaxed expression now.

"As you know, soon enough, the entire world would be overrun by Demons and this Island is not an exception to that rule. Before that, we need to annihilate the whole Washuu Clan. You know, I already have Zelilios at Tokyo keeping guard for them, but last time I fought against their Grand Elder, his strength was already around the 4th-Star and comparable to SS-Rated Ghoul. I don't want a risk anything this time, so I have asked for some backup."

Arseahr nodded upon hearing this and secretly chuckled inside as he saw that Lucien was cautious and scheming as ever. Everyone knew that even he himself would be enough, but he insisted on bringing two Sternritter on the 5th-Star as well.

"Also, I need to see Seira; it was decided that I would marry her to solidify the pact of creation of the Wandenreich. I haven't seen her for a long time; she would be happy to see me again. I only hope that she didn't turn like most of her kind. Locked in their towers all the time."

Lucien stated with worry in his voice as he mentioned the last part of the speech.

Most of the vampires of Blood Island just spend most of their lives locked in their castles or towers, researching god knows what. He only hoped that Seira wouldn't be like that, they are already enough vampires like that.

"Don't worry, from what I have heard, she took enough from her mother, and she rather enjoys fighting rather than researching, but her brother is... another of his kind."

Both of them laughed at mentioning Dante.

"Yes, he is. He was always like that; with that, his annoying attitude, he would bring you to madness one day, but still, he was pretty strong, and he always was. And his research about blood magic is best among the whole race."

They talked about many things that happened on Blood Island during these past years and, most importantly, what everything changed with researching new technologies that could be effective during the Apocalypse.

How it changed the whole race also, Arseahr talked a bit about the structure of the Wandenreich and that Lucien's plans created a very good impression at the upper echelons of the nation.

"Ooh, I heard that you have managed to recruit two new people that would become Sternritter later on. They must be pretty talented if they caught your eye."

Noted Arseahr after he thought about two new recruits to the Sternritter. Namely Tatara and Arima Kisho. They weren't officially named as the Sternritter because they still didn't undergo the Awakening Ritual, but soon they would be new Sternritter N0.4 and N0.5.
