[Detoxified cooked King Cobra meat acquired.]
Appearing in front of Jase was a large piece of meat 4 times the size of what a large steak would be considered.
It was floating in the air covered by a yellow bubble.
What was most important was that...
"It smells delicious." Jase says.
Reaching out his hands, they go straight through the bible with no resistance before grabbing onto the meat.
It was little got but not something he couldn't handle given that he has trained his body past the first level.
Ripping a little piece Jase gives it to the little Pixel sitting on his shoulders.
"Want some?"
"Of course. Thought you'd never ask." She says before beginning to nibble on the meat.
'So cute,' thought Jase as he couldn't help but pat her on the head.
Her head bobs up and down before giving Jase a fierce glare as she flies into the air to eat.
Jase just wryly laughs.
Looking at the food for a bit Jase could sense extremely dense energy compacted into the meat.
He takes a bite.
*munch *munch
*gulp
It was not long after that a large amount of energy exploded out from within his stomach travelling to every part of the body cleansing it.
10% impurities cleansed. Breakthrough!

64% impurities cleansed.
Surprised by the increase of his cultivation by 5 stages with just a bite, Jase couldn't help but wonder about the more expensive meats.
Not willing to waste the food Jase finishes it off.
body refinement stage 10...
100% impurities cleansed.
He felt full, not from over eating but from all the excess energy he had consumed in the meat. Under this situation Jase decided that he would use it to break through to the soul refinement stage.
The soul refinement stage exists to strengthen the spirit/soul residing with ones body. It is the entry into real cultivation where can start using actual proper techniques rather than pure brute strength. Strengthening the soul will make you less exposed to illusionary attacks and the soul only gets stronger the further one advances in their cultivation.
Sitting down in a lotus position Jase begins to concentrate.
A few minutes pass by before he is able to sense something. As if there was another dimension in his body Jase's mind quickly goes blank before he finds himself in a pitch black dimension. The complete opposite of where he was when he died. The only thing visible was a glowing body.
The body is translucent, glowing blue but most importantly, it was Jase's soul. Knowing what was happening Jase walks up to the body before touching a glowing marble that resided within the soul, driving all the excess energy he had into it.
The soul flashes before seemingly becoming a bit more solid.
Soul refinement stage 1!
Reaching the soul refinement stage Jase was suddenly pulled out of the pitch black dimension back into the world.
He had a weird feeling inside of him. It was as if there was something living within him yet, doesn't exists as its presence is so faint.
Breaking out of his thoughts Jase does not forget that he could now use the techniques he had obtained beforehand.
Concentrating the energy Jase realises that he would only be able to use the power partially due to his level being too low.
Energy gathers on his hands, forming extremely complex patterns all the way up to his elbows.
*Wommmmm
A sound spreads out as if there was something activating. Blinding golden light starts to form around Jase's fingers before working its way up to the elbows.
The light fades a little leaving Jase standing in the middle of it with two bright gold gauntlets on both his arms. Its shape was similar to a roman gauntlet.
Excited to try out the power Jase spots a medium sized rock nearby. Launching himself towards it he throws a punch.
*Boom
The rocks shatters with bit and pieces flying in all directions. His hands were completely fine, no scratches or anything for that matter.
Spotting another rock Jase decides this time to also try the shattering fist. Keeping his golden gauntlets on Jase gathers even more energy into his right hand.
Holding his right hand high up Jase locks onto the rock. A pressure appears from nowhere onto the rock, making the grass around it flatten. The rock cracks a little.
'It feels like a trapped it in my own space,' thought Jase.
Jase drops his hands fast as if he was slapping a table.
A loud rumble sounds out.
Dirt and dust flies everywhere blocking Jase's vision.

As the dust settled what Jase saw was nothing but a large hand print. Around 20 metres in horizontally and 30 vertically.
The rocks and grass had disappeared and only dirt lay there. A truly strong technique given that he had yet to use 1% of its potential yet and also his low cultivation.
But there was a downside.
A wave of fatigue suddenly hits Jase making drop down kneeling. It seemed that using the 'shattering fist' technique requires a lot of energy, coupled with the fact that he used it with the golden armour.
Jase could only wait to be able to use it freely when he reaches a higher level in his training.
But before he would go training he would have to plant some herbs first. Figuring out how to earn points, Jase decided that he will plant herbs whilst letting the uvvergeny nurture it turning it into a treasure. This was how it went in the books Jase read in his previous life.
Types of energy did not exists back in earth so they had to use water and fertiliser but here in a world like this, the energy would be enough. That was Jase's theory.
Pixel suddenly speaks out, "I see you are looking at the farm. I know what you're thinking, you can buy herbs in the shop and I can plant it for you. You just have to let the uvergeny do the rest of the work. After all, it is a really pure type of energy."
Hearing this, Jase opened the shop without a second thought.
