Travel
In the middle of a boiling lake of lava floated a man of average stature and unkempt beard. He silently sat there not minding the hot temperature with his eyes closed.
On top of his head lay a cute little fairy with long red hair sleeping and snoring.
Suddenly the air became erratic, converging around the two rapidly before not long after becoming a tornado reaching the skies.
Dark clouds begin to form seemingly from nowhere and lightning descends.
The world turns silent for a second before a lightning bolt suddenly shoots towards the two.
The man immediately opens his eyes whilst giving a loud shout.
"Begone!"
His body shines with a blinding gold light forming around him, creating what looks to be armour.
Gauntlets covering from his fingertips up to his elbow and leg amour.
Chest armour similar to spartan armour.
A helmet similar to the romans but with a face mask with only two slits for the eyes and smalls holes at the mouth area.
All of this happened within a moment of him throwing a punch towards the lightning bolt.
The two forces meet creating a deafening sound creating a world shaking shockwave.
It was fortunate that this world has been strengthened many times with uvergeny otherwise, if it was a normal planet, it would have collapsed from the pressure of the two powers alone.
After everything died down the man was left standing in a large crater of around 2000 meters in diameter. The fairy was also completely fine.
They were of course Jase and pixel. Jase had just broke pass the threshold of King Stage entering Divine stage 1. Just now was him facing retribution or a test for going up a stage and will continue to do so every time he ascends a level.
Jase breathes heavily, taking deep breathes being so close to death just then. If it weren't for his armour, the black bolt of lightning may have pierced through turning Jase into ashes.
The dark clouds have yet to disappear signalling that the test is yet to be done.
Looking up to the clouds, Jase could see all the lightning shooting towards one area forming an electric ball. The ball slowly expanded until it was at least 2000 meters wide. It suddenly deformed weirdly not long before it turned into a human silhouette. The electric being only continued to grow bigger until it seemingly reached the clouds.
Jase could make out its hands and feet but other than that, everything else was plain.
The giant man clenched its fist creating an electric whip a few thousand meters long. Everything it touched turned into nothing.
*gulp
Jase swallows his own saliva seeing this scene.
"Fuck me." Was all Jase could say.
This would be the final test given to Jase, and Pixel can do nothing to help but cheer him on.
"You can do it J!"
As if not willing to wait any longer the giant swings its whip vertically down towards Jase. It was thick and glowed bright blue at the same time making a terrifying sound.
Jase could not move feeling something locking him down, like the space around him was restricted. It seems that he could take the blow head on. It was decided that he would block this first attack to which Jase does so by crossing his arms above his head.
The whip collides.
*WOMP!
The whole ten kilometres around the impact explodes with the pressure from the explosion causing even more destruction outwards. Dust and debris fly out in all directions for who knows how far.
...
It was not long till everything was visible again. The giant electric man could still be seen standing but albeit smaller. He got smaller as the dark clouds began to disperse before completely disappearing . It seemed that that really was the last attack.
Left in the centre of the impact knelt a dimly lit Jase with his arms still above his head. The light armour felt like it could fade at any second and with cracks covering the entirety of Jase's armour.
His arms were shaking.
Jase knelt there silently until he finally moved to stand up.
*Cough!
He coughs up an entire mouthful of blood and faints not able to withstand the pressure on his body any longer.
Pixel rushes over and checks his condition.
Fortunately, he was okay.
"That armour really is something. No internal injuries... It seems he just passed out from the strain put on him." Pixel says to herself.
Laying Jase down in a comfortable position, Pixel lays besides him.
It seems she could only wait for him to awake.
...2 hours later*
Opening his eyes and quickly sitting up Jase checks his surroundings. He saw himself in the centre of a gigantic crater.
"Ah... So I made it." Jase says to himself.
Jase spots Pixel staring at him.
"What?" He asks.
"You okay?" Pixel asks worriedly.
"Yeah my body feels fine. It feels stronger actually."
"Alright then what are you going to do now?"
It has been 4 months since Jase started training and he knew that he had a good amount strength to do some travelling now. Continuous training with no break was not good for his mind anyway.
"I guess that we will do some world travelling now?" Jase says.
"Finally, I was getting bored not being able to do anything. So where do you want to go?"
"Before that, let me prepare."
Jase opens up his menu.

He smiled at the amount of points. Jase felt like a multi millionaire. During the time of his training Jase asked Pixel to take care of the plants using all of his points to buy then sell. With the continuous growth he eventually reached this amount. The lottery tickets were also given each time he broke through level in his cultivation. They could also be obtained through various other means but Jase had yet to ask Pixel.
Jase decided that he would spend a little before he departed.
"Pixel, the place which I would like to go is..."
