A sentence of death - II

Shit. Shit. Shit. Shit.

This was all going south and it was going south fast.

At the moment she had no idea on how to deescalate the situation because the man in front of her looked crazed in his hunger of vengeance.

The only thing that could satisfy that hunger to its full extent was him handing over Evelyn to his torturer.

Her husband.

And if he found out about Arabella then there was a high chance that none of them were getting out of it alive, especially her baby.

Arabella, her thoughts stopped there before the Instinct of survival flooded inside.

"I.. can't leave the town.." she whispered softly. Then she took her chance.

Raising her knee and hitting between his legs and pushed him away as he toppled over. She made a run away from the rooms and into the left because that was the only exit that she knew.

Just as Evelyn had expected, hands came from behind and put her to a screeching halt.
