"Like a blue ocean."
It was an incredibly exciting feeling. The clear blue sky and the clouds passing through seemed so close that they could be touched by hand. Unfortunately, all attempts to reach such a height ended in failure due to the too weak tildas body. Rey continued to fly, enjoying the scenery of the forest and, looking completely different from this height, the sky.
It was difficult to determine the actual distance, but according to the sensations he should have flown at least two hundred kilometers up. Let his flights were not long, but the speed in the form of a bird was quite fast. Toward evening, the guy decided to end the journey by air for today and descended into the forest. Having turned into a kuring, he continued to move forward, but through the trees. Rey did not want to miss anything that might not have been noticed from the air.
He hoped to see new types of animals, get new souls, learn something new. The explorer's enthusiasm was ablaze in his chest, continuously moving further and further in the process of conquering the new world. The guy was a little worried that he had already missed something, but if he got carried away too much, he could have been stuck in this forest for several years. Today he was unlucky and even with the arrival of the night he could not find a single animal unknown to him, even animals like the "gray lion" no longer appeared, but Rey did not rush, he just went to bed waiting for the next day. The guy was sure that in the forest there can not be only a couple of species of animals, most likely he did not meet others because of the particular territory where he appeared.
And he was right. He was awakened by a loud squeal, which for the sensitive sleep of the beast seemed like a loud siren. Frightened, Rey almost fell off the tree, but the tenacious claws saved him. Looking around, he did not notice anything suspicious, but the guy knew exactly where the sound came from. Without hesitation, he rushed in that direction and a minute later saw what pleased him very much. Let the scene and was not peaceful, but the animals that participated in it were not familiar to him. They were actual copies of wild boars from his world. Two huge fangs, a massive body covered with sparse bristly hair gave them a very warlike look. One of the boars was badly wounded in the side, while the other, slightly larger than the other one, seemed to be the initiator of the fight. But this didn't worry Rey much, now he was frantically thinking about whether he should replace one of his souls for the boar's soul. But he had no place for another soul.
"I do not want to fight in this way. I need to wait. "
While Rey was pondering, the battle was gaining momentum. The more massive boar obviously had an advantage, but in the end lost. The second boar, after waiting for a moment, opened its neck with his fang, forcing him to die either from blood loss, or the poor fellow just choked on it. The victory was obviously not easy. His whole body was covered with bruises and cuts. There was also a particularly large wound in the abdomen, from which blood was continuously flowing. After passing a few meters, he fell to the ground next to a tree, watching the carcass of his opponent. At this point, the beast noticed a small ferret, who deftly jumped from a tree and landed next to the corpse, but in the shape of a man. If the beast were smarter, he would obviously be surprised, but now he was too tired to think about anything but his life. The form of life he saw was not familiar to him, therefore, gathering his strength, he got up and walked quickly back home.
At this time, Rey was already enjoying a sip of "freshness," which was accompanied by the absorption of soul energy. He could not find out the name of the animal, but for him the beast looked exactly like a boar familiar from the real world. He could not look at the mutilated corpse of an animal for a long time, so he turned and left. For a moment, the guy thought:
"Is it worth taking this world as a game?" Even if I strongly wanted, I still could not find the difference. Well, except for the Status and Inventory, and everything else is completely realistic for me now. "
Before the night came, the guy found another new kind of animals that looked like deer, but were obviously predatory. On the tips of the paws of the animals there were sharp claws, and in the mouth there were fangs not inferior to them in sharpness.
But the beast resembled only the outlines and characteristic structure of the body - long legs and head shape. Rey could not devour the soul of this animal, because he was not going to fight with him, and he was not lucky enough to catch a battle like the previous one. In fact, the soul of the predatory deer did not particularly interest him. As a body for moving forward, it was worse than a bird, and the new experience with the bodies of animals even interested him, but not so much as to sacrifice an imperceptible body of kuring. Over time, he began to meet more and more species of animals, from small snakes to huge five-meter monsters that looked like bears. Rey still did not decide whether to change the body to a new one. Right now, he was following one of the representatives of the new species of birds. This bird was much larger than the tildas, surpassing the latter by almost three times. That is what attracted the guy, because in such a body he could move much faster. Unfortunately, he failed to find the nest of this bird. He spent the whole day trying to catch up with the animal, but despite the fact that it had two wings, it was significantly faster than Rey in speed, and the guy didn't want to approach him too much, because perhaps this bird would be aggressive and would attack him at first opportunity. As a result, once again losing sight of his goal, he resigned and continued flying. Now he made sure that other animals inhabit the forest, but since he had not yet found a more practical body, he decided to just continue to move west. Rey wanted to find the end of the forest, or at least some river, moving along which he could increase the chances of finding the settlement of intelligent beings. The fact that this world is inhabited by reasonable races, he was sure in that. In the starting cities there should be other people who would help novice players to get comfortable in a completely unfamiliar world.

A blue bird flew in the sky. If you look from the ground, then it could not be noticed at all. Three days have passed, and Rey continued to fly. The desire to find someone who he could talk to grew stronger. The guy did not expect that a lonely journey in the forest would be so difficult for him. He literally forced himself to kill all the small living creatures that he could catch, but the size of his prey could be counted on his fingers. Although there was something pleasant, in the morning of this day, when the guy killed the next kuring, his first specialization appeared in his Status - [Hunter 1 Lvl]. What bonuses it gave him, Rey could not find out due to the fact that only the name was written in the Status, but it was not difficult to assume that the effect had to be associated with the simplification of the hunting process. Unfortunately, he didn't notice the difference, but blamed it on the fact that while he was exterminating the population of small animals in the forest, he adapted himself a little to the process of hunting, therefore the effect of specialization seemed to rise with his own efforts. Another problem was that the principle of work of specializations, although it was added by the developers, was not originally described by them. The players should have learned more about them from the teachers in the starting city, but to Rey this opportunity was unavailable. Continuing to fly forward, Rey noticed that he was very surprised, but also pleased at the same time. In the middle of a huge clearing stood a house made entirely of wood. The guy wanted to immediately fly to the house, but two deaths managed to bring up caution in him, which told him about the strangeness of this structure. For a while, watching it from the air, he could clarify something for himself. The building looked completely new, but there were no fallen trees around it, just the grass in a huge clearing around the house was not accepted, which indicated that no one could live in the house. Also, Rey was strained by the lack of water, which would also complicate life in the middle of the forest, but absolutely all the doubts that came to his mind were about not knowing which creatures inhabit this world.
"Maybe the one who lives in the house does not need water and food. Or it is of the same race as me. But the guy did not want to hurry. The day was ending and Rey decided to wait to see if there were signs of life inside the house.
The building had no windows, but the general principle of construction corresponded to a primitive log house, with a pyramidal roof. The guy was sitting in a tree and watching the house, now he was in the shape of a man. For himself, he put the reason for being in human form that he had the sharpest eyesight at night, although in fact he just wanted to be more "human".
Rey had been sitting almost motionless for three hours. During this time, he noticed a lot of strange details that told him that the one who lives in the house is clearly an extraordinary person. For example, all the logs of which the log house was made were identical, moreover, without any gaps or irregularities at the joints. The same was true for some other details, such as the shape and symmetry of the structure. Although the guy noticed all of this, he didn't change his mind about meeting the one who lives inside. Let this be dangerous, he consoled himself that a new world could not be so unfriendly. Without even noticing, Rey became sleepy. The intention was so sharp and strong that almost instantly he lost consciousness, falling from a rather decent height.
