Chapter 3- Strange Items

He grabbed the carcass of the Ironhide Boar and proceeded to roast it over a burning fire made from the dried sticks scattered around him.

After a short while, the boar meat released an enticing scent that made his mouth water more than usual. His hunger was more insatiable than what it usually was and he felt as if he could eat an entire room full of meat.

By the time he realised it, he had already picked the boar meat clean off the bone but his stomach was still growling, demanding for more. Thus, Wan Long went on to hunt 5 more Ironhide Boars before his stomach was satisfied. After satisfying his hunger, he finally went home and proceeded straight into his room. The house that he lived in could not be considered good, yet it could not be considered bad. The house was mainly made of thatch for the roofs and wood as their walls. The yard was full of crops that seemed ripe for the picking.

Wan Long proceeded into his room and sat on his bed made from straw and inspected his dantian, where he knew the bead went into.

In his dantian, he saw the sack, the jade, and the gas floating around inside his dantian. The bead took the form of a gas that spread out across his dantian, causing it to shine with an orange luster.

The sack had the word 'Dragon' engraved on it, and the jade had nine holes carved into it. These nine holes were of the same size, and they surrounded the middle of the jade, which had an imprint of a nine-striped dragon. When one looked closer, they could see that the jade had many lines running across it, as if they were the blood veins of a living being.

He touched the jade and found an unusually comfortable feeling when he caressed it. It was as if it was part of him since the start. The jade had pulsed with a mixture of nine colors, black, azure, green, white, red, yellow, gold, cyan and silver.

It was a weird sight to look at, but when Wan Long saw this pulsing movement, he felt attracted to it, as if it were the heartbeat of his own child. He could tell that this jade was an extremely precious treasure and was one-of-a-kind, something that no one else would possess.

He moved on to caress the sack, only to find that it seemed as though it were normal cloth, with nothing special about it other than the word 'Dragon' engraved on it. Wan Long was very disappointed when he touched the sack as the bead and the stone were both extremely powerful and unfathomable, yet the sack itself did not produce any sort of aura and made it seem like just a simple bag made of normal cloth.

The only thing unique about the sack was that Wan Long was simply unable to open the sack no matter how much strength he put into pulling apart the sack.

These three items were truly strange and powerful. They truly made one feel worship towards these items. If these items were to be known to the world, every expert would be scrambling to obtain it, regardless the cost
