Website Demonstration

The doors to the office burst open as John's uncle walked inside, saying, "Hey John, have-" He stops speaking as he looks at the two kids on the sofa. There was a semi-closed laptop and a box of tissue next to it on the table, with two kids who looked like they had just experienced something traumatic. "You guys good?" He asked, breaking the silence, and John clears his throat before responding.

"Yes, we are good, do you need something, uncle?" He asked as Jian moves away from the armrest to in front of the laptop pulling up the website. She gets it done while John's uncle just searches for something on his messy table. Jian smiles looking up at John before saying, "Here be honest." She passes the laptop to him and he starts to scroll through the website seeming pleased with himself.

"You made this in like two days?" He asked skeptically and Jian nodded asking, "Is it that bad?" "No!" He blurted, his voice a little horse as he lowers his tone explaining, "This is a masterpiece, look, uncle what do you think of this website? Be honest." He said walking up to his uncle with the laptop. His uncle pauses on his way to the door looking seriously at the site and scrolling, "It might do better with less vibrant colors and a simpler type of font for the older audience, however overall it's an 87, good work."

Jian took note of his comment and smiled at him saying thank you as he leaves. "You should be happy, that man doesn't give anyone a score over 80 in any projects." John said frowning at his uncle, who walks back in to ask, "John have you had lunch yet?" John smiles responding, "No I am going to lunch with Jian." His uncle said ok before walking away and John continued to praise Jian's work. "I can't believe you were able to use the photos I took, I thought there was too much green, especially in the pictures by the trees." Jian smiled, "It wasn't much plus all I did was use those shades to make the background, now all I have to do is adjust the tone and the font." She was moving the tissue back to the shelf when her mother called.

Jian picked it up, "Hi mom." Jessica responded, "Hello, did you say John wants to join us for lunch?"

Jian replied with, "Yes," and her mother said, "Alright, be ready in about 30 minutes. I should arrive at the front of the building, also search for a good place for lunch." She said, and Jian nodded, then responded with a yes and hung up.
