Guilt

He actually still hasn't overcome that ghost. He still sees it in the corner of his eyes, blankly staring at him, with body bathed in blood and a huge hole on his stomach.

But – Lan Xichen thought, balling his fists as he looked at Jiang Cheng, determined. If I won't say this now, I'd never have a chance to tell him what I feel again - ! he thought.

"Wanyin..." he called under his breath, starting to get dizzy again. Damn it. He thought as he held his head.

He hasn't slept these past nights because of his nightmare.

Jiang Cheng sighed and turned as he fished out from his dimensional pocket. "Sorry, but – " he said and pulled out a snow-white robe with drifting clouds pattern on it.

It is Lan Xichen's outer robe.

" – I only want to return this to you, nothing else. I don't want to see y...ou..." he said, his voice trailed off when he turned, he saw Lan Xichen's falling on the floor.

His eyes went wide, shocked, and his body moved before he could think.

"LAN XICHEN - !" he yelled as he caught him.

Lan Xichen fell on his arms, unconscious, and his face so pale.
