“Did you offer to let me live at your house for my safety or because you had other intentions?”

Minhyun stared at her with a playful smile on his face. “If I were to be honest, I would say both.”

“It’s like... Wait... What?! I was joking! What other intentions are you talking about?!?” Yoona widened her eyes in the midst of her sentence. Did she just hear what he said?

He fixed his tie. “Its a secret.”

When he was a child, Minhyun had nobody to lean on. His days were filled with darkness.

Yoona left the table first to get ready in the other washroom. She wanted to brush her teeth and make sure that everything was perfect. After all, today was the day she had been waiting for. She wanted to present herself in the best way possible. 


Minhyun understood and waited in the master bedroom. He too, got himself ready, though he would never admit to it. 


And once she was confident in herself, she made her way to the room. 


The lights in the room were dimmed to a warm yellow. 


Once Yoona entered the room, she noticed that the rose petals were scattered on the floor, trailing to the white bed. The romantic atmosphere combined with the aroma of candles gave rise to a feeling of excitement in her chest.


Even the large window on the side of the room turned her on. Although there was going to be nobody outside, the fact that anyone could peek into the room made the night all the more thrilling.
