Sea of Magical Beasts

After sitting cross-legged on the Great Wizard Altar, Yang Ling waved his hands and layered on a heavy Illusion Formation and heavy Restriction. As a precaution, he summoned all the various Magical Beasts like the Horned Bee Beasts, Spiders, and Vampire Bats, covering a large, dense area.

"Rodriguez, you must block the other party from approaching me at all costs!" Yang Ling commanded gravely, seeing that Fabris had seen past the layers of Illusion Formations and was getting closer in pursuit.

The soul is Fabris' only weak point. If he wanted to be able to attack his soul, he needed to first block, and then ensnare his Divine Knowledge, and then completely trap him within the Restriction. But in order to do that, he must block his attacks, to buy some time for him to cast the extremely powerful Wizard Spell.
