Boy was this read amazing for its length. It's most definitely on the short end, but chapters are fairly lengthy and satisfying. If you're looking for a read that won't take too long, but will keep you hooked, this is for you!
There are only two chapters but this novel is phenomenal so far. The composition just comes together to create such a masterpiece. Wordage and the use of French makes it surprisingly unique! I recommend this novel to those who enjoy the wait, to see what comes next. Character development is only beginning to start, but it is moving steadily.

Alluin's character is fun, and it honestly reminds me of an old mafia movie. I can't wait to see how many people he's going to kill and what his relationship with Mrs. Denzel is going to look like. I'd love to see more, and more frequent.
