Battling with Red-Headed Serpent

The Actions of Jade Rabbit further enraged the serpent, it's snake-like eye's filled with fury. The serpent swung it's tail towards the tiny creature before it and hoping to blow it into smithereens.

Against Ye Xian expectation, the Jade rabbit didn't retreat when facing the attack of Red Headed serpent. It nimbly and swiftly evaded the serpent's tail and fearlessly bolted towards serpent as that of a released arrow and attacked its heart region which is little above its stomach.

Moreover, when the Jade rabbit attacked, Ye Xian sensed dark spirit energy like it contained a type of destructive properties. He concluded, it should be an innate ability of the jade rabbit.

After launching the attack, Jade rabbit immediately retreated from the attack range of the red-headed serpent.

Ye Xian couldn't believe what he's seeing, just from the jade rabbit's aura, he was sure it's only in Level five of the mortal realm same as him but it was able to face the opponent equal to the first level of soul realm.

Even if the Jade Rabbit is a spirit beast it shouldn't be this strong and he was sure even in the higher realms there are no Jade rabbit spirit beasts which are as powerful as the jade rabbit before him.

Without any hesitation, Ye Xian decided to help the Jade Rabbit; Maybe it will follow him if he showed his true strength or for his help in dealing with Red-headed serpent.

Ye Xian picked up his sword – 'First-born' from his space ring and charged towards the Red Headed serpent which is currently battling the Jade Rabbit.

When Ye Xian entered beasts battle range, they immediately stopped their fight and stared at Ye Xian with caution and fierce look.

He didn't mind the gaze of both beasts, he straight away attacked the serpent with his full strength.

Jade rabbit blinked it's innocent and large bluish eyes a few times, clearly, it was shocked by the sudden turn of events. It quickly snapped out of its confusion and decided to join hands with Ye Xian to defeat the serpent.

Jade rabbit didn't know who this person was but since this person came to aid and did not seem to hold any malicious intent towards it so it didn't mind to join hands with Ye Xian to deal the serpent.

When Red Headed serpent saw that another tiny creature came to attack, it's anger reached the peak and it let out a loud 'hissing' sound like an enraged beast.

The serpent swung its tail towards Ye Xian in wild and ferocious manner, the whip-like tail reached towards Ye Xian with full force piercing the surrounding wind.

When he was watching from the sideline, he didn't think much about the attack but now he was facing it head on, he could feel the force contained in that attack could pulverize him in a single strike.

This whip-like tail by Red-headed Serpent was even faster, stronger and fiercer than before. If Ye Xian received another attack from its tail, he will surely be heavily injured.

Ye Xian gritted his teeth and stood up, thankfully, he cultivated and refined his mortal body to some extent; otherwise, he would have lost his life by that attack.
