"So did Cheng ge already accept your proposal, Zhong ge?" Hua Meili asked the two couple that was being lovey dovey in front of a single dog.
After the scare of being in a new era, where Zombies run rampant and humans going to the lowest of the food chain, life continued as normal for the trio.
With every food they could eat and a big manor all for themselves, what more could they ask for?
Living such a carefree life during an Apocalypse is already a paradise compared to the humans outside the manor doing god knows what.
"Xiao Mei....." Guo Zhongcheng blushed.
Though he is already this big, he still gets easily flustered and shy being teased by her once in a while.
Such purity and naivety ah!
"My Chenchen said that he wants a little more time and even if he did marry me, there's no church to marry us to." Zhongcheng Qingren replied while cuddling the blushing Guo Zhongcheng.
"Well, even though the two of you are not yet married you act like one and do things that married couples do too."
Hua Meili teased wanting revenge for being fed dog food almost every day.
"Xiao Mei!!"
Guo Zhongcheng blushed a deeper shade of red and decided to run far away from the "she-devil" because of embarrassment.
Hua Meili just laughed her ass off looking at him running away.
He is just too cute!
It's really bad for her heart ah!
"Meili, is your brother okay?" Zhongcheng Qingren seriously asked Hua Meili remembering his Boss.
Hearing about her brother, she immediately stopped laughing and looked at him seriously.
"To be honest, I honestly don't know what happened to that brother of mine. I called him two weeks ago but I couldn't reach him, I guess he is somewhere where the signal can't reach him. I am very worried if he is safe or not."
Hua Meili furrowed her eyebrows thinking about that brother of hers.
She could not help but sigh when she thought of that man. Really troublesome!
"I hope he's safe." Zhongcheng Qingren comforted.
"Yeah, yeah he must be. Thanks for comforting me but your wife needs you more than I do."
Hua Meili playfully winks at him and then walks away laughing.
Later that night, Hua Meili wore a Black T-shirt and a black coat over with black leggings and boots.
She tied her hair into a ponytail and then grab a white mask from her inventory.
The mask is a set, one black and one white.
The pattern was just a plain white mask but under the left eye of the white mask is a black tear shape mark and the black one is a white tear mark.
Hua Meili brought Du Hexi with her leaving Mu Hexin to disguise himself as her before leaving.
It's really good that one of Mu Hexin's abilities is disguise, with this she won't worry about leaving her mother hen who can't get enough of her.
She knew that he won't OOC because he's a great actor and he also knows about what she is like, like Du Hexi since they are connected.
Hua Meili sneaked out of the Mansion quietly like a rat out for its cheese, jumping easily on the wall and running down the little forest entrance of the Manor.
After 30 minutes of running, they finally arrived at the City unobstructed.
She jumped from roof to roof of the houses nearby and inspected the surroundings.
Seeing so many infected excites her but it's already night and she needs to get some rest first before continuing her plan.
They then choose a small two-story house which was basically clean and empty of any Mutants, they took the second floor as their base and sleep there for the night.
The next morning, Hua Meili excitedly went up and eat a light meal and immediately went outside together with Du Hexi.
She saw 10 Mutants in the area and started slaughtering them one by one, as Du Hexi only looks at her with the usual amicable smile but just that his hands are already covered with blood.
Zombie or human blood?
Nah. It's human blood!
Some pest somehow wanted to rob her and xxxx her so she let Du Hexi throw them to a group of zombies while he slaughtered the people who got away from the zombie group.

Every kill count would be based on the Level, she thought back to the past when it was EXP she counted.
She hunted down more infected until the entire second district of Anbi had no more infected. And also, along the way, she emptied all the stores out of food and things she needed.
*Whistle~* *Whistle~*
Hua Meili skips happily on the streets like it's a normal day making anyone who sees her think that she is crazy for walking so carelessly in the middle of an Apocalypse.
Even humming a joyful tone!

Hua Meili looked at the two new functions that she somehow didn't notice before curiously. She wonders about what is the use of those two.
Hearing its Host's question, the System promptly answered her inquiries.
[Host, SP means System Points and ZC are Zombie Crystals! Every time you kill a Mutant you earn SP depending on the Mutants Level. If it's a Phase 1 you earn 1 SP, if it's a Phase 2 you earn 2 SP, and so on for the other levels. You can use this SP to upgrade some of the Host skills.]
"Oh. Then how much for each skill?"
[If Host use points then the skills cost 1000 points but if Host uses crystals then it will cost 200 crystal Host!]
"So, crystals are more expensive than points. XiaoXiao, I want to ask if I could also Level up by consuming Crystals."
[Yes, Host. The host can Level up by consuming crystals too but this speed is tooooo slow and also Host needs to upgrade many skills so it is not really wise to spend crystals in leveling up. Instead, Host should just kill Mutants to Level up because that way is much faster than consuming ZC's.]
Hua Meili sighed.
'The others are so lucky because they only needed to save crystals for them to Level up but I needed to save it to buy my expensive upgrades.....'
Others would have spat out a bucket of blood if they knew just how OP her powers were and still had the guts to complain of not being able to Level up using crystals even though she could Level up by just killing Mutants and could even have the crystals!
So frustrating!
