To capture all the sons of heavens in the realm of the living and in return he will be immediately reincarnated.

This has potential, read the first 2 chapters. The reason why my review is so low is due to the synopsis being a single sentence and chapter 1 jumping straight into the story without explaining the MC's previous life/backstory. What makes him what he is. It's pretty confusing and bland since there isn't really anything to tell his personality besides being evil. Again, like I said, this has potential but there isn't any real backbone for characters, world background, and plot.
