True Color

Chapter 139 – True Color

In the end, Sasha and Natalie agreed to let Mia kill their mentor's statue, so they would not be devoured by the fairy overlord.

Mia transported Natalie to her soul space first. When Natalie and Mia arrived, a broken statue of a dragon was there in the middle of her room.

Natalie had consumed a couple of parts of her mentor, but she stopped mid-way. She, too, was one of the softies who refused to kill the fairy overlord to get all of their power.

Mia reminded Natalie to bid her farewell, "If you have anything to say to your mentor, you can say it now."

Natalie was still sad and shocked by the revelation. She did not want to believe in it, Mia's testimony confirmed his grandmother's words. Without a choice, the girl decided to trust them.

"Okay."

She walked to the statue, touching it.

"Are you alive? Pana?"

The statue did not answer. The room still remained quiet and tranquil.
