Claudia took to the shadows on her way to the store. She might only be 5 feet 4 inches tall but since the attack on her family she had learned different fighting techniques, she might not be an expert, but she could hold her own in a fight. She keeps looking around keeping an eye out for anything that might be out of the ordinary or any indication that this might be a trap. She came to a dark area and waited for the signal in order to continue on her way. It had taken her a couple of years for her to be able to trust this individual that said they would help. The only reason that she took up the help know was because of the whispered words that she had been overhearing in the streets that her cousin Alina was alive and searching for her family.
A loud whistle came from one of the doors that was known for supplying magical items for any need. Claudia quickly made her way to the open door and stepped inside. As soon as she stepped inside, she felt a cleansing wave go over her. She took in a deep breath and exhaled. The person that was holding the door opened closed it quickly behind her and turned the open sign to close as he closed all the blinds on the doors. Claudia turned around to make sure that her back was not to the man.
"It's good to see you, Claudia." A woman around her late 20's said as she came out from behind the counter.
Claudia turned around and placed herself where she could keep track of both the man and women. She looked at the woman up and down and tried to place her. There were some memories that she couldn't reach in her mind ever since the attack. "Sorry, I cannot say the same."
"Don't worry soon you will. But for the meanwhile, all you have to know is that my name is Tully and I was a friend of your mom's." Tully's eyes filled with sadness and regret. She partially blames herself for not been able to see what was about to happen and for not being able to help Claudia sooner.
"The only reason I am here is to find out if it is true that my cousin has been seen." Claudia knew that she couldn't be out in the open for long if not someone could turn her over to Voca.
"Alina has been seen around Los Angeles," Tully looks at Claudia. "It will only be a couple of minutes now so just relax and let the air fill your lungs."
Claudia could feel her muscles starting to relax. "What is happening to me?" With each breath she took in she felt herself growing more relax and sleepy.
"Don't worry when you wake up, we will talk." Tully motion for the man toward Claudia. Claudia couldn't stand on her own two feet anymore and she headed for the floor. Her eyes were fully close, and she was out to the world.

"Tully are you sure this is the right thing to do. You could of giving her a choice." The 5 feet 9 inches tall man said as he moves Claudia to a cot at the back of the store.
"Roberto come down is not like we are going to get rid of her or hand her over to Voca." Tully said as she followed behind them. "We are just going to give her a small potion in order to regress the effects of a potion that she was given by her mother in order to limit her powers."
"But why would her mother limit her powers in the first place." Roberto places Claudia on the cot and moves to the side to give Tully room to work.
"From what her mom told me Claudia always has shown amazing abilities. Her mother believed that Claudia's power will surpass even her own making her extremely powerful." Tully grabbed different bottles and mix things together in a small dish next to the cot.
"Then wouldn't of those power been more useful to be left as they were in order for her to be able to protect herself when they attack her convent." Roberto couldn't rap his mind around a mother limiting her own daughters' powers.
"That would have been great but at the time Claudia still didn't have full control of her emotions or powers and if left uncheck Voca would have been able to hunt her down and take her as his prisoner in order to use her power." Tully finish the potion and moved the bowl next to Claudia's lips. She lifted her head and feed her some of the potion as she quietly murmured the spell in order to remove the lid that her mother had placed on her before she passed away.
"Okay, now what?" Roberto asked as he expected something to happen.
"Give it a minute it will work," Tully said as she kept murmuring the spell as she held Claudia's hand.
Roberto could hear the tick, tick of the clock as the seconds and minutes slowly passed by. He was about to say something else but at the moment a powerful energy wave came out of Claudia throwing both Roberto and Tully to the wall. "What the hell was that?" he asked as he got back up and went over to Tully to help her up.
"That my friend was the compress magic being release," Tully said as a big smile took over her round face.
"That is all good, but don't you think that everyone within a 50-mile radius is going to notice and track that burst of energy that you just release into the universe." Roberto went to look out the windows to make sure that they were still safe. "We need to leave before anyone comes."
Tully just gave him a small smile and shook her head. "Come down everything will be fined. I placed protection around the place before she came."
"I would still feel more secure if we got out of here and made our way to a safer location," Roberto said.
"Fine if it will make you feel better. Let me get a couple of things and we could leave." Tully got a tote bag and filled it. "Let's go."
Roberto picked Claudia up once again and made his way out of the building and to his waiting car outside.
