The video showed a world much like earth. A world that is named Barr. 100 years ago Barr was suddenly connected to many worlds. This connections appeared as portals, also known as gate between worlds. Each portal that appeared were simply images painted in the air. At first people thought that it was simply a hologram projection from a new technological product. But everyday the image became more real until it became real. That was the time when the portal opened and monsters as well as other races came through it. From then on the portal will stay open for an hour then becomes incorporeal for 3 months. After three months the portal becomes real again and opens for one hour. This cycle has repeated for a hundred years until only 5 million humans were left on the planet.
The period that became known as apocalypse to the people of Barr didn't just bring portals, monsters and other races, it also brought forth a strange energy that were slowly absorbed into their bodies. They called it mana. But even when all the remaining humans have been able to absorb this energy they still lost. That is because they don't have a developed system to increase their strength.
It took them a many years before a proper breathing technique to maximize absorption of mana was developed. And a dozen more years until a proper system of cultivation were discovered. Right now they have two cultivation paths. The body refining path and the mana manipulation path.
Body refining path - absorb mana to the maximum of what your body can tolerate. Use a little of the energy to destroy some of the muscles and bones and use the rest to heal or restore the body. Each destruction and restoration of the whole body is considered one cycle. The strength of destruction or damage done to the body can be up to the body refiner. Each cycle changes the body, strengthening it.
Those that follow the body refining path have 7 levels. Each level can be distinguished by either strength one can lift or the speed of regeneration.
Level 1 - strength to lift 300 kilos, and regenerate an arm within 3 days
Level 2 - strength to lift 900 kilos, and regenerate an arm within 2.5 days
Level 3 - strength to lift 1.500 kilos, and regenerate an arm within 2 days
Level 4 - strength to lift 3 tons, and regenerate an arm within 15 hours
Level 5 - strength to lift 5 tons, and regenerate an arm within 5 hours
Level 6 - strength to lift 10 tons, and regenerate an arm within 1 hour
Level 7 - strength to lift 25 tons, and regenerate an arm within 1 minute
Mana manipulation path - cycle mana into your body as fast as you can handle. After a hundred cycles then concentrate all the mana inside your dantian. Force the mana inside your dantian to take the shape of a ball. The smaller you can make it the better. When you can no longer maintain its shape then cycle the mana into your body. This will stimulate not just your dantian but also your meridians, slowly enlarging both. Everytime your dantian reach a certain size, your mind will automatically receive gaia's blessing which is knowledge on how to use an element. Different sizes of a dantian corresponds to what skills you can gain. Based on the size of the dantian one can learn different skills depending on the attribute. 99% of those that follow the mana manipulation path have one attribute.

That was a lot of information for a 5 minute video. Archie cant even begin to make sense of it. Before he can even process things he heard another prompt.
"In two minutes you will be transferred to the world of Barr. Since you are the first to be transferred you can ask 3 questions."
Archie looked around and somehow he is no longer in the game. All he can see is white space and a countdown timer. Realizing that he has little time left he asked his question.
"Is this part of the Game?"
"This is REAL. You will be transported to the planet Barr. If you are killed then you would die."
Archie tried to ignore the timer as its beginning to annoy him for some reason. He took a second to compose himself and asked another question.
"Is this the true purpose of the Game?"
"Yes. The people of Barr studied the portals and combined it with some of the knowledge they have stolen from the elves and other races to create a portal to other human worlds. That portal would summon humans from another world into the planet Barr. This is the only way to replenish the population as any human that absorbs mana loses the ability to procreate. However Ian Mcgregor and Steeve Mcgregor somehow managed to tamper with the portal on earth so that it will only summon certain people playing the 26 worlds game. The 26 worlds game was designed to familiarize people with the life of killing monsters only. As long as someone playing the game met certain conditions then that person will be sent to the planet Barr."
Many people who played the game actually hoped to live in a world of swords and magic. But they only wished for it because they know that it wont come true. If there really is a world full of monsters then no one would volunteer to go. Archie regretted playing the game. He is not even one of the top players. How can he become the first person to be transported? All he did was to study monsters, live with them and get familiar with them. That's when he realized that he has not asked the most important question.
"What kind of monster will be present in the area where I will be transported?" This is the most important question for Archie.
"Goblins."
