Gracious Fruits

They didn't go straight home. Qin's siblings decided to stopped at Capital Market District.

Because they need to buy some materials, like papers for Qin Xisheng, knives for Qin Jiuyi, medicinal herbs for Qin Shengtian. They're already outside, so when there's opportunity

to have things without the people getting suspicious about them. They would gladly to grabbed it.

"Are you coming with us?"

"No sis Yi, I'll wait here." Qin Jiuyi nodded then give a look to Changming fidgeting figure who stood beside Qin Xisheng. A look that says, " Keep eye on her or else I'll skinned you alive." , but the mere young servant didn't understand it. She's too naive and oblivious. That's what the second eldest Qin's don't like.

" We'll be quick. " At that Qin Shengtian and Qin Jiuyi entered the small medicinal shop.

"San Xiaojie..."

"Hmm..?" Qin Xisheng hummed softly. Her eyes not looking to Changming side. Instead she's watching the people passing by, how all of them walks, how their facial expression change every second or not, how the young group of females chatted to each other with loud voices, how some males flaunt their good looking features and many more. This is one of Qin Xisheng hobbies. To observe the people around her.

"Are you upset to marry a young master from Sang Clan."

"I'm not upset. I just dont like the idea of marrying someone at this age." Changming stared at her young miss calmed demeanor.

There's no irritation or malice in Qin Xisheng tone. It's more like, the female doesn't give a care anymore. As if she accepted it with no more argument. But, the mere servant saw her young miss saddened expression when they go out from Minister Qin Xicheng office.

Last night, all the servants are summoned before the Master, then they listened to the news of one young master from Sang Clan is coming. Everyone knows that member is their youngest miss fiance.

"Great ladies, I'll inform you when the specific herbs are delivered." Tang Xuan said bowing politely, he's the young owner of this small medicinal herbs shop. Qin Shengtian merely nodded then walked to her youngest sister.

She lightly tapped the lad's shoulder who didn't react at first.

"What's bothering you?"

"Big sis.." Qin Xisheng surprised to see her.

"It's nothing. I'm just thirsty."

"She's still bothered about this." Qin Jiuyi commented as they watched their youngest sibling lead the way. "Let me kill the Sang young master tonight. I'll do it quickly and put the blame on some assassins. "

"No Jiu." The eldest quickly respond.

"Beat him to death."

"The Sang Clan wouldn't left us unscathed."

"Wipe all of them."

"Geez, Jiu, your assassin mind is unnerving and dangerous, scary. It's good this world don't know guns." Qin Shengtian said playfully patting the others head. Which Qin Jiuyi let it be until her sibling satisfied. Then continued their walk.

"Swords would do, even forks could. I'll make some guns then, and.....Tian my mind isn't scary, yours is more worst than mine." Her voice uttered lowly, but sure enough to be heard. Qin Jiuyi didn't get any response, she just stared at Qin Shengtian's back.

He Ping restaurant is well known at the center of Capital Market District. Everyone choose to dine here, than others. Because they served their customers well, also their foods are too delicious and affordable.

"What do you like our esteemed guests." The male servant greeted with forced smile. Qin Xisheng ignored it and replied. "May I have some a cup of water first."

"Yes, please let me take you to your tables."

"Thanks." They followed the male, oblivious to the looks from other people, the silent gaze and laughing eyes. "This place is so full and lively like one of those fast food restaurant."

"San Xiaojie..."

"Perhaps the Chef here is great, people like their foods." Changming is aware from the stares, so she's wary and walking close to her young miss with her palms closed tightly. Qin Xisheng sit on the soft cushion unaware from the disgusting looks she got.

"Here..Why are you standing there?" She asks Changming who stood beside her. "Sit beside me. Here." Qin Xisheng repeatedly slammed her palms in another yellow cushion.

"Hays, we're gonna eat, yet, your standing like a statue. " Before the female servant could protest, her right hand is already being pulled down. The poor female servant roughly fell on the wooden floor as her butt feel the pain of sudden clashed. "My bad." Qin Xisheng softly mumbled look guilty.

All of the witnesses, who's been staring at the girl gasped quietly as no one expected to see bold action. Their eyes goes to Qin Shengtian figure, the young female sit gracefully across her sibling direction. Because her appearance with peerless beauty that could be the cause of war and fall of one empire. They couldn't take their gaze away from her. All are glued to her face, of course, the young female knows.

"I'll fetch your cup of water beloved guests."

Hastily, the male servant left, lowly muttering under his breath.

"Eh, Where's sis Jiuyi?"

"Outside. There's a stall of loquats and tangerine's near this place." Qin Xisheng eyes sparkled hearing the fruits name. It's one of their favorites ah! Watching the younger Qin's reactions. Qin Shengtian smiled warmly as causing a lot of people mentally squealed at her sight.

"Here is your cup of water Qin San Xiaojie."

"Thanks." She took the cup and bring it to her face but before she could put her lips near the cup's mouth. She abruptly stopped by her eldest sister word.

"Wait."

"Big sis Shen.." Confused, Qin Xisheng looked to her gorgeous sibling.

"Let me have a taste." That's not a request but an order.

"Okay." There's no point of asking, Qin Xisheng knows when or not to ask why. She gave the cup then the older one take a sipped. "Here."

They don't know why the female do that, but some are already have conclusions. Even the male servants thought about it. Qin Shengtian is testing the water, if there's a poison! But why?

"Qin Da Xiaojie, what would you like to have?"

"A meal for four persons, vegetable dishes without meat, one whole roasted chicken and bowls of broth soups. Again, have cups of water." The male servant nodded, listing every details he heard while mentally asking why there's no meat in vegetable dishes. When all of the food they served have small amount of meat in it. Everyone loves meat, they all love that.

"Please wait for awhile Qin Da Xiaojie and Qin San Xiaojie." The male bowed his head, ready to leave and go talk with manager about this deals of food. Yet, he stopped turning when Qin Shengtian words rang. "Remember, No meats in vegetable."

"Yes." He know, that's not a mere statement.

If his feeling is right, there's bad consequence once they defy her. A vicious threat is waiting for them. He planned earlier just to pick every meat out from their already cooked vegetable dishes. But, now, he don't want to die early.

"Are we going to eat our lunch here?" Qin Xisheng voiced out when the servant finally left. "And..Big sis Shengtian no need to scare them."

"Yes, It's already quite noon and we dont want in our journey you're cheery whining for food. I'm not scaring them Shengsheng, it's better they understand than you picking every meat out from the plate." Qin Shengtian said.

"What's that mean Da'jie! "

"Nothing." The younger want to retort more, but Qin Jiuyi came placing a basket of fruits on their table. "I bought a lot of fruits."

"Wow.. so many Sis Jiuyi." Qin Xisheng eyes scanned every piece of loquats and tangerine.

Her mouth is already animatedly drooling as Qin Jiuyi peeling one loquat.

"Here."

"Ah...sweet." Qin Xisheng mumbled once she munched the shoved fruit into her mouth. It's sweet and juicy, more delicious than in their original world. "really sweet..."

"May I have some?" Qin Shengtian politely asked, smiling sweetly to her sibling. Qin Jiuyi stared at her for a moment but complied and says. "Please."

The people watched the Qin's siblings sweet interaction to each other. All noticed how so closed the three females, at the same time wondering what happened to them. When the whole capital know they act strangers, not caring to the other's life, in short, they're not supposed to be like this. So affectionate. Even the couples would be jealous to their visible love and trust.

"Why they're looking at us?" Finally, Qin Xisheng noticed the eyes.

"They're jealous." Qin Jiuyi bluntly reply.

"Of what?"

"To our beauties. We're so beautiful that they cannot take out their eyes from us." A smile grace to Qin Shengtian lips, but this isn't her usual warm one. "Ignore them."

"Okay..." She want to retort her eldest sister words. But, observing their faces. Her big sis Shengtian is right, so accurate. How could she forget these two are one hell gorgeous and magnificent woman. Now, in youthful age, their goddess beauty is screaming. She don't push the subject anymore.

A sound of shattering cup rang, getting all of the people's attention. They glanced to the table where a female servant is kneeling on the ground. She's muttering a lot of sorry and words. Almost crying as her voice broke and body trembling.

"What did you do! Oh my!" The middle aged man manager whispered. " My lord please forgive her stupidity, we deeply apologize."

"It's fine, please, be careful next time." A man with short fiery red hair said. He's smiling to the manager and crying servant girl. Across him sat another male, calmly taking sipped to his cup of herbal tea.

"Oh man, I thought I would be able to see a cliché drama scene."

"Xixi don't be ridiculous." Changming giggles every time Qin Xisheng expressions changed as both of her older sisters keep teasing. Well, the group are still under amused gaze.

They wait for the food calmly, enjoying each other talks, until their meals are served. Like what Qin Shengtian ordered. There's no meat in those vegetable dishes. Even though Qin Xisheng don't know the name of the food she ate it. It's delicious, so she don't bothered. As for Changming first she's reluctant to touch anything. How dare she dine with her young mistresses in public. This is not good for the household reputation, that's they she stay still.

Until Qin Xisheng shoved a piece of cabbage into her mouth without warning.

"Eat. " For the first time in the servant life, she gulped her food with tears escaping from her eyes.

After paying their food, they stood up, ready to leave. But , Qin Jiuyi stopped in front of one certain table. Where a lone black long haired man, who wore a magnificent layers of white and black robes sat quietly and his face is void of emotions.

"Excuse me." She began as the stranger eyes that rivaled gold landed on hers. " Why are you watching us?" There's no reaction, only the man indifferent gaze.

"You see...it's rude to stare at someone for too long. Let alone without blinking.." Still nothing.

"If you stare at someone unblinking for more than four seconds, it's either you like them or to kill them." Both are still keep in locked gaze, no one dared to back off. Qin Jiuyi could see a slight movements in those golden pupils but it vanished so fast. Back to it's void state.

"Do you want to kill us?" No response.

"You can try. But you will die." Qin Jiuyi firmly said as her expression remained blank. Then, she put one loquat on the table. "Please have some, you seems hungry without any food on your table other than cup of water." Politely, she bowed her head a little then proceed her walk. Not looking back anymore.

"Hungry?" The stranger whisper, his cold tone could freeze hell, slowly, he drank the water then an amused smile drawn into his lips with the pair of his golden orbs glint mysteriously.

"How could one loquat fill my stomach." He need more.
