Since I was the youngest grandchild from my paternal side so I was always tackled like a child.
I always noticed my cousin sisters getting a life I wished for.
They had no boundations and no limits.
They were free to think for themselves and fortunately or unfortunately for others too.
I just had 3 hours of time before I left for the airport.
My mother particularly was very emotional. Although she tried to hide from me but being the mastermind I am, I could easily identify.
The most shocking thing that happened was by my father.
He wrote me a letter.
'An actual letter'
I just couldn't believe it. My father was a very private person. He never showed his emotions publicly, not even in front of his children.
I still remember every bit of the words written on that etter. That letter brought me into tears.
If asked about the greatest gifts of my life, I would proudly say my parents.
Every person tells the same thing that there is no one like their mother and father. I would say no different.
The sacrifices made by my mother and father for me and my brother are incomparable and unimaginable.
I don't know if I will be able to do the same for my children.
Three hours passed like a lightning.
I bade goodbye to my mother and my brother while my father was going to drop me at the airport.
Once we reached the airport it was already time for check-in so I hugged my father and took my luggage and went through the security check up.
I could sense my father still there.
Once I was done with the luggage and check-in I called my dad.
Like I believed he was still there waiting for my final call.
I called him and asked him to leave and promised to call him once I reach Delhi.
I had to wait for about 45 mins before boarding.
I decided to read a book.
At that time I was hooked onto secret.
That book from Rhonda Bryne was life changing.
I was still reading when I heard the boarding announcement.
I packed my handbag and managed to stand in the big queue for boarding.
I was soon led into a bus which would supposedly take us to our airplane.
The bus stopped after about 3 mins and I boarded the plane.
I was given the window seat and beside me was a boy who seemed to be of my age.
And out of nowhere it turns out that he was in Delhi University too but both of us were in different colleges.
And for the rest of our journey we spoke on religion, politics and career. ( quiet a heavy topic for discussion).
